We haven't had it for very long, power button from the start wasn't working right. One of the cylinders is very loud and sounds like the motor is going out. Already had to turn it off due to it not spinning. Another one, the temperature is set at 7.0 but its reading 15.0 and wont freeze or change. So far, not impressed with this unit at all and spent way too much money on it to be doing this already

Had unit and first time out of box did not work. Support at first sounded like it would be great. That was a bad assumption. Slow response then uploaded videos which they they never pulled. Sent emails and asked to upload again. Have completed and no response.
