Does the machine work? Yes, for the most part. Was it easy to learn, absolutely not because of lack of instruction. This huge machine came with 1 page instructions that made zero sense. We are a small business starting from the ground up. Not a franchise. We don't have anyone telling us how to use the equipment, how to make the bases, etc. We have been completely self taught. Now 2 months in we have had issues with the defrost peddle loosening, the left pan not staying at the temperature, etc. We are pushing through this first summer with what we have, but I may have to put more money into different machines down the road. That's not something I ever thought I'd have yo consider doing this early. So I'm super bummed. ... show more

I own an ice cream shop and thought this was a steal. 1500?! Wow! It comes in and it’s tiny. There’s no way the average American an use it because it is less than 4 ft tall. Then there are no instructions and half the machine doesn’t work. When I start the return, I realize that I have to ship it freight at my expense, which would cost as much as the machine.
