If you are disappointed with the crust on the main pizza chains and you like a good New York style pizza, a pizza oven is definitely a great option. I like to support local pizzerias, but they get expensive. Of course this oven isn't cheep either, but depending on how much pizza you make it may be worth it. I have tried preheating pizza stone in my regular oven and this dedicated oven is so much better. Look online for a good pizza crust recipe.

Great product! Even for commercial usage which is what we bought it for. Not a pizzeria but a bar/restaurant that does pizzas. This won’t work for you if you don’t have space to put it under your hoods, though. It smokes a lot. Aside from the smoke, great value for the price.

There’s only one bulb that is supposed to heat both levels. It takes forever to heat up. So we have to keep it on for our small business. which is not recommended

So like when I started to build my garage bakery everyone thought I was going to sell uber pizza and like then the oven came in and I baked my first batch of bread and I was like this is a bakery not a pizza restaurant and this oven is perfect for baking bread I just have to figure out the temps because I stead of having 4 temps it has three and so there may need to be a little adjustment while I'm baking but so far so good and for the price I'm pretty happy......
