I was very pleasantly surprised with this clock. The finish is great, and the LED color options are really cool. I personally love the RGB modes, and my wife did as well. The main reason I removed a star from it is that I can't find a way to turn off the RGB nightlight, and it's quite bright. My wife doesn't like bright lights at night, so I turned down the numbers pretty low, but the LED color changing strip at the bottom only has a few brightness options, and I can't find a way to turn it off. I ordered this for my older daughter who mostly uses her phone for her alarms to wake up, but she told me that she gets anxious that she'll forget to set her alarm, or that she'll turn it off and sleep in too long, so she's been waking up multiple times a night just to check the time on her phone. With this clock, all she'll have to do is crack an eye open to check the time. I ordered a clock very similar to this one for my son, and we all loved it so much that my daughter asked for something like his. They really are such cool clocks. Their design is clean and modern-looking, but they've got the additional fun of bright and vibrant color options to choose from. They're pretty easy to figure out (my daughter figured it out on her own), and they're super customizable because of all the different settings to choose from (alarm clocks have certainly come a long way since I was a kid!) There's different brightness levels to choose from, but the best part is that you can choose what settings you want for during the day and night, and the clock will automatically adjust to the settings depending on the light in the room. The charge ports on the side of the clock are really convenient for my daughter's technology because they allow for things to get plugged in and charged through the clock, sparing the nearby outlet from becoming overloaded. No complaints! We're very happy with this clock (and the one just like it) and I'm admittedly a little jealous of how cool it is, and I kind of want one for myself lol. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This item doesn't really show the instructions clearly but it is really easy to set up. The light controls aren't that easy to use and hard to make it lighter or darker. However, you can change alarm volume, it’s a bonus. I got this clock for my home office. I love that I can have it on a bookshelf across the room and be able to read it clearly. It's not huge, but the clock numbers are quite large, so for those of us who are visually challenged, the clock is easy to read. The front is mirrored, and there are colors, which is nice if you want those things.
