So far it works amazingly! Everything was so easy to put together and understand except the plastic clear piece that gets screwed in on the inside I couldn't get it to screw in so it just sits in there. It's the L shaped piece that goes over the prize out area. Hope these videos and pictures help. My kids love it. You can change the coin out to a quarter and have ppl insert quarters. The menu allows you to set it for how many you want it to do or you can just put it on free play. We were able to do big stuff and little different shaped things. Also the machine is sturdy and heavy. Definitely age appropriate for all ages, can adjust the sound. You will need to set it up on a table it is a little short in size 😆. It will only let me post 1 video but we have several showing all the different things it can pick up. Definitely worth trying out we use it for my kids schooling, it's a treat he gets to play for each homework he gets done. We've had it for a week now. ... show more

I did just get it , and it works very well. There was a small issue when I did get it where one side of the wheels of the claw part that is supposed to be on the bar wasn’t, but I was able to get it back on by removing two screws in the corner at the top then the screw that goes into the bar to put the wheels on fully. It works very well now. I was able to get it to take quarters instead of the tokens by where you would put the coins in it goes off a coin put into a specific spot inside it as a reference which shows this on their website for this when you scan the QR code on the claw machine itself, my reference token wasn’t in it so it wasn’t taking any coins so I tried it with the token reference and also tried it as a quarter reference. It will take only what it has as a reference, so if you have a token, it will only take tokens, but if it is a quarter, it will only take quarters. It has no issue with either. You can also adjust the music in the settings and even turn off the background music by holding the button on the inside of the panel where you put quarters in for a about 2 sec and the settings menu will show up on the panel with the joystick. The instructions says where this is in the settings. It is very well built and very beautiful. It’s mostly put together when you get it so it’s normally supposed to be easy assembly, mine I’m guessing with the wheels issue was a unusual case. Every is inside the machine when you get it and the instructions are very simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend this, it’s definitely commercial grade. It grabs the plushies very easily and the instructions tells you how to make it more difficult by adjusting voltage to the claw, it says “higher voltage=stronger grip”. Also their support when you scan the QR was very responsive and quick to talk to in chat, and will have extra things about this on their website, that’s how I figured out how to use quarters instead. It also will allow you if you want to in settings to do a bonus coin for a certain amount coins put in that you set if you choose to turn it to on in the settings. ... show more

I really do love this thing overall! It's so customizable for the experience you want. And it's sturdy as heck, built from metal sheet. Here are a couple minor things we struggled with. While we were assembling the top light (which is purely for the cute aesthetic) we noticed the holes weren't properly threaded for the included screws. We're crafty and used a tap and die to make it better. During that time though we dropped the light and severed the cord so we had to re-solder it. So be careful with the wires! That particular wire was tricky to hook up to the power on the upper left side of the machine and I taped it to the ceiling in there so it wouldn't interfere with the gantry. Remember to take off the film on the back mirror and the plastic little wall thing. I wish the settings button was not behind where you take the coin receiver out. It could be behind a separate locked door or something because I'm afraid of hurting the wires every time I pull it out. I'd also love if they sold a separate adjustable height table for it that holds it in place well. We just have it on a little IKEA table with a stool nearby. The mechanism is working great and we filled it with Easter eggs to match the bunny theme and give an air of mystery to the prizes! Love this thing! ... show more

The instruction could have been better I had to play detective while installing it. Installing the screw was a pain, cause two of them didn't fit had to make the hole bigger.. Found a small one that was on the side of the crane up top, must have fallen. The hook on the back of the control it was crooked, so I hammer that stright so it would align. Was looking for the control panel to turn volume down. good thing the Installation guide had pictures.. But wish it was zoom out to find out it was the on the control screen. Pressing the red button would bring the menu up. God that volume was soo loud. To bad it was scratch a little but the side was crack. On the right corner. So far pretty fun. I was worried cause the box was damaged when it comes in. I believe someone return it cause I saw some sign that it was installed. With sign that they struggle with the screws. Highly suggest to watch the youtube video to understand the settings and input your preferences. Manual is not helpful ( “Lets play Arcade” is the channel ) After reading all the reviews i decided to get one for my kids birthday. Surprisingly came in well assembled. All you have to do is screw some components together and turn it on. Some parts are hidden in compartments. The default settings was good enough and i only had to lower the volume. The claw has rubber tips and grabs easily and video was a first try test and it worked. My 5 year old and her cousins had fun playing it. I wanted to do a claw machine themed trunk for our church Trunk or Treat. After analyzing cost, design, effort, and troubleshooting, I just decided to buy this, and I am glad I did! The packing projects the machine well, plus it is so solidly built. The quality is intended for a public business. There are many programmable aspects, including Free Play and guaranteed prize what is what I will use for Trunk or Treat. Afterwards it will be an exciting addition to the toy collection at Grandma and Grandpa's house! It is HEAVY at about 50 pounds. There are no instructions, but the setup was logical to me. The trickiest part is connecting the wires between the control panel and the interior. Having small hands helps. It does come with a booklet explaining the programming options. I really thought this was just going to be a novelty item for my children but they play with it every single day. It is amazingly entertaining. I bought two inch vending machine balls. They work perfectly. Rubber duckies work great. If you are going to get plushies, get them 3 inches or less. Different textures and shapes work the best. I bought squishmallows and they are just too soft and round. I'm going to try to get rubber grippies and see if that works. Overall it is super entertaining and is a quality product. Packaging was superb and I watched a youtube video by 'let's play arcade', to learn how to set it up. I then used chatgpt to explain all the settings. Both those are pretty vital to figure out how to use it properly. The instructions are crap, like everyone says. But if you utilize that YouTube video and chatgpt, you'll be a claw machine pro.
