My daughter lives this. My niece bugs to play it everytime she comes over. It has worked perfectly. You can put it on free play and it won't have to take coins or you can use real money or the coins it comes with. The music can also be turned off, b/c really, it will bug you after 30 minutes of continuous play lol. All in all, worth it.

Seemed easy enough to hook up, however no matter how many videos I watched or instructions I read, I could not get the claw strength to be strong enough to pick up a single item, no matter how light. It wasn’t even strong enough to move the item. I tried so many settings, I had my husband and a neighbor both mess around with it. None of us could figure it out. Never picked up or moved anything. Claw was too weak. Will be returning.

purchased for my nieces (4 and 8) as a Christmas gift and they love it! Gets consistent use in their household from the kids and adults alike. The unit is a bit low to the ground so perfect for smaller kids. You can adjust the level of difficulty to make it easier/harder to win a prize. Ordered the toys separately but pretty much anything can go inside as a prize. My niece has gotten so good, she is now winning toys at claw machines in public arcades 😆

The media could not be loaded. Giving it 4 stars because you really have to guess at the instructions. What instructions did come in the box were not interpreted well. After YouTubing some videos on this we were able to get it set up. We used it for the first time as an addition to our market booth. I charged $5 a token, play til you win. It was a huge success! It lights up really nice, and it’s a great height. I carried a small stool for little ones.
