We have had so much fun using this claw machine. We take it out at every family gathering and everyone who plays, tries for the mini plushies inside which all have numbers on them which match bigger prizes. Unfortunately the claw stopped moving forward so I had to take away 1 star. It's way past my return window. It lasted 7 months before it stopped working. ... show more

Edit 8/8/24 I figured I'd reach out to the company even though my purchase was past the 30 day return window. The company offered to replace or refund me. I opted for a refund. Thank you. I changed my stars to 3 instead of 1 due to follow up from customer service. Unfortunately, I can't go any higher than that because in the end, the claw machine that I ordered did not work. Original review: This claw machine DOES NOT work. I bought this in May for a specific date in July. I should have tried it out before I needed it because the return window is closed now. So now I am out the cost of this piece of plastic garbage that doesn't work as well as the cost of the plastic balls I bought to fill it with prizes. So I got the Claw machine for my 10 year old granddaughter, and now it looks like I'm going to have to buy another! Not for another child, but for the adults in my household! This really is a fun machine. Took a minute to get it charged, but once it got going, that was it! Everybody in the house wanted to play! And they did! It plays carnival music and has colorful lights. As your time begins to run out, the music begins to play faster! It works great, and is a good size. I would recommend this Claw machine to everyone!
