So.... You got your eye on this Bad Boy eh? Well that doesn't surprise me.... I too fell under it's nostalgic spell :) And....I am glad I did! because the 3500 is an outstanding Arcade machine! It is way more impressive up close & personal than seeing it on your computer.... The artwork/graphics are sharp looking & the colors pop, especially under a blacklight. The controllers - joysticks, trackball & buttons are all top notch high quality.... the color changing trackball is very cool. The machine is easy to operate & fun to play, and you can customize it to your specifc needs.... with or without coins as well as 1 or 2 coins, set/reset difficulty & sound levels, you can update the system with new games, add up & coming peripherals such as a steering wheel for racing games & a gun for shooting games .... The seller has contacts all over the country with arcade technicians who can service your machine if/when necessary, so you are not left on your own should problems occur. COD USA has impressed me as a company you can count on after the sale.... they are easy to reach, friendly & knowledgable about their products. So - am I happy with my purchase? would I "buy it again" ? Most definitely!!! Playing my old favorites is great.... but you know what? I found that discovering games I like - that I have never played before, is just as much - if not MORE fun! Like Cavemen Ninjas :) And that is the great thing about the 3500 - The sheer # of games it has give this arcade machine legendary replay value as there is always something new to try, It is like having an entire huge video Arcade center in 1 machine! Granted, not all the games are going to "trip your trigger" but the truth is, some can & will surprise you because many are a lot of fun, you just never know until you try. So, how do you find the specific game you want to play in a list of 3500 games? Easy - the games are categorized by game type, such as fighting, puzzle, platform, shooting, racing, ect. To scroll through, you hold down the 1 player button for 3 seconds until the screen displays the 1st page of the list, form there you toggle up-down using the joystick... to change pages, you press player one's FIRE button as needed…. simple as that. If you want a complete list of all the games you get on this unit, just ask them to send you the PDF list for the 3500 & then you can see all the titles in the same order they are programmed into the machine..... Yes, IMO this is the machine to get.... because with this one, you "get it all" You get the big machine, all the games you want, all the controls you want and the big screen you want.... AND.... All the sound/audio you can handle! yes the speakers in the 3500 really sound great :) The build quality of the 3500 is impressive, it looks made to last, the fit n finish is tight & everything looks just right inside & out. The machine is outfitted with sturdy/high quality wheels to make for easy moving .... and it also has 4 levelers so you can situate it in a more solid & permanent way if you prefer. The 3500 is big! and pretty heavy.... but it IS possible for just 1 person to handle it when it arrives, as long as that person is adequately fit & has experience with moving big heavy objects safely without damaging them.... In truth it is much safer faster & easier with 2 people or more, but there are those among you who can handle it own your own. The 3500 arrives securely packed on a pallet, mine was dollied from the delivery truck into my garage & I took it from there using a dolly of my own to move it off the pallet... And from there I unpacked & inspected, moved it into position....then plugged it in, turned it on & tested it - All systems operational! The big 32 in screen looks great, the colors are bright & vibrant.... just the way an Arcade machine should be. And the controllers work precisely as they should, meaning they look feel & respond exactly like the machines we used to play on. The seller & owner of COD USA, Brian, is an outgoing/ friendly guy who is easy to reach & eager to answer any questions/concerns you have, his enthusiasm for his products is reassuring & his depth of knowledge & experience with Arcade machines is impressive. Yes, I am an Amazon reviewer & no I did not recieve this unit in exchange for a review. I wrote this review because well, I bought the product, I like writting reviews, and this one needed to be written... Frankly I was a little irked that few people have bothered to leave feedback for COD products & those that did really left alot to the imagination. Top Notch Customer Service from COD INC USA after dealing with a significant issue. I ordered this arcade machine a few months back. I eagerly was awaiting its arrival. It arrived on a wooden pallet wrapped in many layers of padding and shrink wrap. At first inspection everything looked fine with the machine. As I began to unwrap it I noticed that the machine was not rolling on its bottom wheels properly. Upon further inspection the cabinet frame on the bottom had partially collapsed under the front 2 wheels. Having paid over 3k for this machine I was very disappointed. In addition the frame that holds the joystick platform in place also had cracks in the corners. Luckily all of the electrical parts worked and the game was playable. My guess is that the machine had a rough ride on the back of a semi and was damaged during transit. So I contacted COD USA INC through amazon on a Sunday afternoon. Hoping that I would receive a response sometime the next week since it was the weekend. Within 5 minutes I had an email reply from them. I was shocked at how quickly they responded and especially how quickly they responded on a weekend. They were super apologetic and it was obvious they wanted to make it right. We quickly exchanged cell phone numbers and email addresses so I could send them pictures of the damage. At first they were going to send out a repair man to have the damaged parts replaced. They were ordering parts and it was going to take a few weeks to get in. In the meantime I was able to enjoy the machine I just had to put a piece of particle board under the front part so it would be level on the surface. On a side note the machine was great just very loud with no way to turn down the volume easily but the family was still enjoying the 3500 games on it. So after a few weeks I received notification from COD that they decided to send me a whole new machine instead. A week later the machine in the picture arrived. Not only did it work great but they also added a volume adjustment control to the machine. I would order from the company again in a heartbeat. Communication A++++ Customer Service A ++++

I started this journey this past Tuesday 5/26/20 when I ordered the 4 Stick Arcade (Not Slim Version). I ordered the unit in the evening and then started to be concerned with the size of it and the ability to get it into my basement. I wrote an email that night, I received 2 responses the very next morning. Brian (owner) and Mike (Tech) both assured me that it would not be an issue getting the unit into my basement. Still not feeling 100% comfortable I asked if they could give me a call to discuss...I received a call within the next 10 mins. I spoke with Brian and he told me that they have technicians that are all over the country that could assist with the install should i have any issues. I felt comfortable after the call and it was then a matter of waiting for the unit to get here. The next day I received a call from Brian again, he told me he has a truck heading to the NY area and it has my arcade. He also, said his drivers would help me get the Arcade into my basement. I was completely floored by this level of customer service. This was the "old school" level of customer service that you no longer see. I received a call Friday night from the driver advising me of the delivery window on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday...the guys got and made an incredible effort to get this arcade into my basement. These guys were truly amazing and i could not thank them enough!!!! Now for the Arcade. It's everything the reviews say and more. My unit is the big version and it is big. It is just like the arcade units of the past. The look and feel do no disappoint at all. The 3500 games is absolutely crazy. You have every game you can imagine The sound and screen are all great Sound can be controlled which is a plus. I started playing it immediately and can't wait to show it off to my friends and family. This purchase has been amazing. Thank you for a truly remarkable experience.

Here's a full review of the Creative Arcades 3500 and my entire experience: Delivery - 5 STARS. The delivery drivers were courteous and accommodating. They were sent out with barely day-of notice, but came when I was available, which was very late. They brought the machine into my garage, unboxed it, set it in place, and plugged it in. They even tried to show me how to use it, with some degree of success (the game selection menu is not intuitive). Seller Communication - 2.5 STARS. I doubt this is everyone's experience, but I had some trouble with communication from the seller. They were responsive, but never in the way they said. First, I was told I would be contacted by the freight company, who would work with me for delivery scheduling. Then, my order wasn't processed correctly. I received tracking for a guy in Ohio. When I asked about it, they took no ownership of the mistake, and just gave me a new delivery date, saying I'd get the machine at the end of the following week, and that I'd get updated tracking when it was available. Wednesday of the following week is when their in-house delivery people called me, out of the blue, to say they were on their way. No tracking info, no updates. When I pushed back (I was at work, hours away), I got a call from the office manager. That guy told me that freight shippers weren't scheduling or giving advance notice these days, that everyone just called day-of, and that he felt like he was doing me a favor by sending his own team. Of course he didn't know that I'd just received not one, but two freight shipped items besides the arcade machine, both of which gave me notice; one offered me delivery times across a span of five days. So, either the office manager was very misinformed, or his BS game is super weak. Communication actually improved a lot, after I had the machine in my possession. The Arcade Machine - 3.5 STARS. Don't expect 3,500 games. Think of it more like 3,500 game files, although I don't think you'll even get that (my ALL category says 3,018 games). There are countless knock-offs of popular classic titles (like the several hilariously named Pac-Man rip-offs), several firmware versions of some games, and notable, world-famous games in multiple languages and versions. For example, there are 9 copies of Street Fighter II: Championship Edition alone (around 50 copies of the various SF titles). There are several category pages in the game selection interface, most of which don't make much sense when looking at the titles housed within. Also, there are some games not in the ALL category, and some versions of games that only work correctly in the sub-category they belong in. For Example, there are 3 versions of Crystal Castles in ALL, but only the one on the TRACKBALL page works with the trackball. For gameplay itself, the controls are tight and arcade perfect. For some games, the joystick is almost too sensitive, but you get used to it quickly. If you were raised in an arcade like me, you'll recognize a huge swath of games. There are some disappointing exclusions (no Dragon's Lair or Space Ace) but you'll get over that as well. Racing games are very difficult to play, and games that require special controls, like flight sticks or spinning pucks, are all but unplayable. There are a lot of games you'll do without the frustration of ever trying to play. A big strike for me was the fact that your scores aren’t saved. Once you close out a game and return to the selection menu, poof goes your high score. If you're concerned about proper licensing for the games, you may want to put your dreams of owning a multicade to rest. The majority of games are licensed builds from countries and regions outside of North America. Some are completely foreign gaming concepts altogether, and entirely in a language other than English. A good-sized group of games are laughably labeled, "Name Of Game <bootleg?>." Honestly, I'd have paid the same price for a machine advertised as "200 games - no duplicates." There is no way to make a favorites page. Apparently you have to buy the 4,500 game version for that special feature. Still, it's a sturdy cabinet with a lot of value. I'm glad I bought it, although I'd have priced out the 4,500 game version, if I'd known I wouldn't get a favorites page with this model. As it is, I spent a well-to-do couple of weekends going through every game and making my own list of games I recognized or that were fun-looking. I ended up with about 350 games on my spreadsheet, and I don't think 10% is that bad. You'll want to consider doing the same, especially to keep track of the versions of your favorite games that actually work correctly. Especially for 3 and 4 player games; you'll usually only get one file that actually plays the full number of players.

I recently purchased the cabinet arcade machine and have been very pleased with my purchase. Being a gamer and growing up in the 80's and 90's I can remember going to my local arcade and spending my quarters like crazy on all kinds of games from Star Castle, to Street Fighter II, to Dungeons and Dragons: Tower of Doom. I saw this in a suggested feed and took a chance on it. My family and I have been incredibly entertained as it has all the games I remember from my youth and more. Every member of my family has found their favorites and we have already put a number of hours and credits into our favorite games. The list of loaded games is incredible and the enhanced monitor and sound systems makes the whole experience incredible. But what surprised me the most was how helpful the manufacturer/seller has been in accommodating me. Their delivery crew were extremely kind and were very patient trying to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. In short, I am glad I made my purchase and would make it again in the future.

We ordered the 4 player arcade with 3500 games and have been thrilled so far. It arrived very well packaged in about 1 week. Plugged it in and it worked right away. We were a bit confused about one of the settings, reached out to customer service and had a response in about 5 minutes. They continued to be very responsive until we had everything set up the way we wanted - amazing customer service. There are a ton of games, literally every game you can imagine. Will take years to get through them all! The arcade itself is really well made, its heavy, solid, good materials with good graphics. The screen is bright and huge, and high quality. The sound is great too.

We purchased an Arcade from Creative Arcades at the end of 2022 as a Christmas Gift for our children. It arrived as promised. However upon setting it up, the unit continuely said No Signal and went to a power saving mode. I was able to get in touch with a service person at the company and said they would send a new Mother Board. Over a year later and we have never received this. No one answers the phone or returns calls at this point. I would run the other way if you are considering purchasing anything from Creative Arcades.

REVISED; July 1 2019 So good, family loves the 3500. Thank you for keeping us happy. Hello. I bought your machine with hopes it's as great as it's cut out to be. -No game list is a little concerning. Can I get a list to review? -3 year warrantee; where can this be reviewed as I hope it's all encompassing. -ETA; I was hoping a basic stock unit would have a 2 week or less lead time to fill order and deliver but now I know this is subject to change which can change a purchase such as this. No reviews. How can this be? Am I the first to buy this model....gulp.
