These pants fit well right from the start. I loved being able to find pants that were the right length for me and they are very comfortable. Now for the caveats: - The waistband is VERY heavy in relation to the rest of the pants. I found this a problem with drying the pants and hanging them. The weight was too much for some of my hanging clips and the pants slipped out and onto the floor - ugh! - Yes, the front pockets do gap a bit as another reviewer noted. - Drying time - I too found these took forever to air dry (again, mostly the waistband area) but I have had no problems (shrinkage or otherwise) using the dryer on the low heat setting. - Yes, the knees will bulge a bit when wearing sitting for an extended period but not outrageously. I'd buy again but only on sale. ... show more

Already had opened and wire them out then really realized why I kept pulling the legs down.... But would buy again just "try on" before actually wearing them out! ... show more
