I have an 18 lb 1 yr old corgi and she fit perfect in it. Did not have any troubles with United airlines when I checked her in. It's technically a stroller, so it was super convenient to use when walking around, the wheels were not stressed and feels light. While on the plane I was able to open the side flaps and she was super comfortable the during out 4 hour flight. She was able to stretch and sleep just fine under the seat. This concept IS GREAT. Its a life saver when you need to travel with a cabin pet. I liked not having to purchase a separate cart for the carrier bag. The bag has velcro flaps that easily fit around the cart to secure the 2 pieces. There is nothing to assemble. Just pop it up and down. It comes with a silicone collapsible water bowl. It's not heavy either. If your cat (or dog) has a bio accident, its very easy to clean. You can dunk the whole thing in the bathroom tub and let it air dry. My cat was comfortable and quiet in there for 7 hours of flying, and another 4 hours of a layover. You can expand the side to give your pet space to stretch when you're waiting in the terminal. Its a genius design. Theres lots of mesh for ventilation, and it allows you and your pet to see each other. My large breed cat is 18#, and this was borderline too small for him. I gave it to a friend who has a 10# cat. I'll look for the same design, but one that can accommodate a bigger cat. The handle was a little flimsy for pulling an 18#er. The VEVOR pet carrier is well-made and has some great features — the wheels roll smoothly, the fabric feels durable, and I like that it’s airline approved. It’s also lightweight and easy to maneuver, which is a big plus for travel. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was just too small for my pet. I have a medium-sized cat, and even though the dimensions technically fit the airline guidelines, it didn’t give her enough room to sit or turn comfortably. This is a decently made cat carrier which is quite roomy and durable. However, it is not 100% guaranteed you can bring it on a plane. I was allowed to take it on a plane after asking nicely but it was not the right size and did not fit under the seat in front of me at all. I had zero legroom and if I was not sitting next to my family, I would have had a much harder time navigating my space. Additionally, I was told to take the carrier off the wheels for some reason.
