I used this for a very small dog collar and cut of extra length with wire cutter and secured ends with a key ring for dog collar. 8 lb puppy. Works great. Strong and very light and slim. Puppy doesn't even notice it or scratch.

This is a nice chain for the money, and I would definitely purchase it again. One thing though, was some of the links were flipped around the wrong way and caused the chain to twist up kind of weirdly. Easy enough to flip back around once you figure it out though. Having worn this chain every day for the past week I have found that a couple links here and there will still get turned around and will need fixing.
