I bought this after only using the Cricut Heat Press for years, but since I wanted to enter the world of sublimation, I had to invest in this and I have no regrets. It is easy to use and assemble. It's easy to switch between modes from standard heat press, to tumbler sublimation. It heats fast and I did not burn myself yet, which is a good thing. I would highly recommend. I just wish they had an attachment that would sublimate a full 20oz skinny tumbler all at once, but flipping it isn't too bad.

My only dislike is that I had to purchase a second mug press from Vevor to get full coverage for 20 oz mugs. The mug attachments are a little hard to adjust, and I guess that's what I'll work on next.

Over all an okay heat press but if you want to do hats more than anything this will noy be the best. I now have to but a separate hat machine. It is abnormally small. You have to press and twist the hate maybe 5 times on one cap. It is impossible to print on the sizes of a hat.

The media could not be loaded. This is the second review of this machine. I love it except 15 oz mug press attachment is not working. I mean it does not close to press it. As the picture show, the press is too thick. Even though I open it up all the way, it still is not able to close to press the mug. So, basically useless. 11 oz mug press is great. I hope 15 oz mug press thickness is as same as 11 oz one. I used 11 oz mug press to press 15 oz mugs until now. But I need 15 oz mug press. I don't know what to do because this 15 oz mug press is the second one they shipped to me because the first one was defect.
