This heat press is easy to use, easy to adjust the temperature and I love the width. The best part about this heat press is the slow releasing upper platen. Its not hard to release when the press timer is finished. Excellent value for the money and I recommend this press. UPDATE: I purchased this unit November of 2020 and not even a year has passed and the heat press is already broken. Will not turn on. Ridiculous that this machine did not even last a year. The seller is refusing to do anything about it and tells me that the warranty is only 90 days from the date of purchase. So disappointed in the Sellers response and refusal to help troubleshoot what could be wrong with it other than it just being a defective unit from the start. The media could not be loaded. I just received it yesterday, Set it up today. First time heating up it took about 23 minutes(Yes I timed it.) setting the Time And Temp is Super simple. Love that It continues to beep if the press is not opened When the time is up. Only issue I have found so far is that it did arrive with a small chip in the heating plate, which I think it’s more of miss handling during shipping than anything else, will not affect the function of the heat press. Worked well for a few months, but now is having uneven heating. The customer service phone number does not work. I emailed the company using the provided email, but have not gotten a response. No amount of adjusting time or temperature is solving my issue. I believe I have a faulty machine.

I purchased this after I had bigger projects that my 15x15 press wasn’t handling. It seems to distribute even heat. BUT it takes a really long time to heat up, and sometimes I think the temperature set may be off a tad, the pressure knob sticks often Other than that, it is doing its job and holding up, and for the money, you can work around the minor draw backs ... show more

I ordered two units and decided to return them before testing them. One of the corners had been damaged due to collision. When I received it, the carton foam was intact, so this should have happened during the factory packaging. The most important thing is that it was not installed. Good Teflon-coating, just put in the box, I'm wondering if we have to install it ourselves, I don't think it's simple, the instructions don't tell you how to install it. This white cloth is to prevent adhesion. My other small-size machines have Teflon-coating installed, which is very important to me. ... show more
