This heat press is easy to use, easy to adjust the temperature and I love the width. The best part about this heat press is the slow releasing upper platen. Its not hard to release when the press timer is finished. Excellent value for the money and I recommend this press. UPDATE: I purchased this unit November of 2020 and not even a year has passed and the heat press is already broken. Will not turn on. Ridiculous that this machine did not even last a year. The seller is refusing to do anything about it and tells me that the warranty is only 90 days from the date of purchase. So disappointed in the Sellers response and refusal to help troubleshoot what could be wrong with it other than it just being a defective unit from the start. This item was a bit heavy to get out of the box bit once I got it on my table I was ready to get started using it. Very easy to control the time and temperature. I felt like it works best on t shirts set at 390 temp and 40 to 60 second timer depending on what brand transfer paper I used.

    • Timer never worked and now it doesn't turn on.
The press is not good at all. I purchased in September 28th 2020 the timer never worked and contacted them October of 2020 and all they would say does the light turn on. I clicked the button to answer and it says you already answered. I never got a response and now it's November 28th and it doesn't work at all it turns on but does not heat up. I have to but in a new switch. The time passed to get a refund or return even though I've been trying to get it taken car of since October. I only used a few time because the timer didn't work and I was waiting for a response! Do not purchase this machine nor deal with the costumer service they are no help! ... show more

This product is inexpensive but the company makes up the price selling the cover and protectors seperately at slightly elevatate prices it takes a long time to heat up to 400ยฐ about 20 to 30 minutes. And it came with a small dent in the corner. It was well packed so i can only assume it shipped out that way. But this item gets the job done excellent for starters who want to upgrade to a larger format and not be too expensive. ... show more

I ordered two units and decided to return them before testing them. One of the corners had been damaged due to collision. When I received it, the carton foam was intact, so this should have happened during the factory packaging. The most important thing is that it was not installed. Good Teflon-coating, just put in the box, I'm wondering if we have to install it ourselves, I don't think it's simple, the instructions don't tell you how to install it. This white cloth is to prevent adhesion. My other small-size machines have Teflon-coating installed, which is very important to me. ... show more

I just received it yesterday, Set it up today. First time heating up it took about 23 minutes(Yes I timed it.) setting the Time And Temp is Super simple. Love that It continues to beep if the press is not opened When the time is up. Only issue I have found so far is that it did arrive with a small chip in the heating plate, which I think itโ€™s more of miss handling during shipping than anything else, will not affect the function of the heat press.
