    • Easy, Easy, Easy!
This heat press is easy to use, easy to adjust the temperature and I love the width. The best part about this heat press is the slow releasing upper platen. Its not hard to release when the press timer is finished. Excellent value for the money and I recommend this press. UPDATE: I purchased this unit November of 2020 and not even a year has passed and the heat press is already broken. Will not turn on. Ridiculous that this machine did not even last a year. The seller is refusing to do anything about it and tells me that the warranty is only 90 days from the date of purchase. So disappointed in the Sellers response and refusal to help troubleshoot what could be wrong with it other than it just being a defective unit from the start. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty so that I would have some kind of peace of mind. ... show more

I've only used it once but it works well. It's pretty large so it will fit my needs when I do come to use it. It wasn't a bad price to say got the size and it works not like a few I've had previously . You do need to plug it into a main socket or it trips lol

This product is inexpensive but the company makes up the price selling the cover and protectors seperately at slightly elevatate prices it takes a long time to heat up to 400° about 20 to 30 minutes. And it came with a small dent in the corner. It was well packed so i can only assume it shipped out that way. But this item gets the job done excellent for starters who want to upgrade to a larger format and not be too expensive. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just received it yesterday, Set it up today. First time heating up it took about 23 minutes(Yes I timed it.) setting the Time And Temp is Super simple. Love that It continues to beep if the press is not opened When the time is up. Only issue I have found so far is that it did arrive with a small chip in the heating plate, which I think it’s more of miss handling during shipping than anything else, will not affect the function of the heat press.     • Cannot be used to sublimate full size (16x24 or even 16x20)
I purchased this for doing sublimation on metal. I bought it because I want to do up to 16x24" metal panels. However, this press does not apply consistent pressure to the edges and I was not able to successfully use it for that purpose. I was able to use it for 11x14" aluminum panels, but I can do those on my 12x15 heat press, so I am returning this. ... show more

I love this new heat press! My only Complaint is that it doesn’t lock for storage or while pressing. You just have to hold down for that time. But overall I love it! It’s big enough for anything I do and very easy to use! Doesn’t beep continuously like some.

    • Control panel and heating stopped working after just 7 months!!
I used this for my home business and it just stopped working last night after just 7 short months!!! The red on and off switch will still light up but the heat press will not turn on or heat up. The control panel lights to not turn on whatsoever! This was $429.99 when I purchased it, so I am absolutely devastated by this horrible turn of events. I had to turn around and spend another almost $500 in heat presses to be able to process all of my customers orders. I don’t wanna leave them without their orders because this heat press just decided to stop working!! Horrific! If you do purchase, I would most definitely recommend that you add the extended warranty to cover yourself from this happening to you. I’ve owned other heat presses that worked for years with no issues but was looking for a larger area that’s why I went with this one but what a mistake. ... show more
