This heat tumbler heat press does an excellent job and makes easy work of your projects. I have another name brand mug press but it is pretty much limited to mugs and costs way more. The HTVRont tumbler press is very easy to use with easy to understand instructions. I was using it within minutes of unboxing it. There is no guessing if you have your tumbler positioned right -the tumbler press wraps tightly around the tumbler and encompasses the entire circumference so all surface areas are heated evenly. I received and unboxed yesterday. The temperature holds steady during the entire press. It is very easy to use. The size is perfect for where I have it. It isn't too heavy to move around. I love that it closes itself and opens when done. I have another press that is an attachment with my heat press but I hate the hassle of having to connect and disconnect the controller and set it up. Now I just plug it in and good to go. The print pressed perfectly with no ghosting. My only complaint is that from videos it looks like I won't be able to do 15 oz mugs. Also, it looks like I might have to press 2 mugs at the same time to get a good press. But I can always put a mug in without a print if I only need one. Problem solved!

This press works amazing with tumblers. However I needed to press 15 oz mugs two at a time. After a couple of tumblers I had to press two mugs for customer. Mugs do not fit, at least 15 oz mugs do not. Otherwise the product is amazing.

I love this machine! I just did my first tumbler and it came out amazing! The temperature and timer are adjustable and I love how it takes tumblers of all sizes, without having to worry if it will heat the ink evenly. I have the other company’s mug press and you don’t get that option and you aren’t given the option of flipping the mug to ensure even ink pressing. . The software, while there was a little bit of a learning curve, a YouTube helped me get the right settings! If you’re into crafting and love sublimating tumblers and glasses, you need this press.

Seems to work pretty well on tumblers. Have had issues on 11 oz mugs. Uneven pressure causes ghosting. I would not recommend using 15 oz mugs. I don’t believe it is built for use with the larger mug size. I tried and found the mug was very difficult to remove. I found the user manual fairly useless.

Compré esta prensa HTVRONT para sublimar vasos de acero inoxidable, pero desde el primer uso fue una completa decepción. Noté que los vasos salían quemados, incluso usando temperaturas mucho más bajas que las recomendadas por el fabricante. Después de perder varios vasos, tinta y papel, decidí medir la temperatura real con un termómetro láser. La pantalla mostraba 365°F, pero la lectura real superaba los 410°F — una diferencia de más de 45°F. Esa variación explica perfectamente por qué el recubrimiento blanco de los vasos se dañaba, se tornaba amarillo o marrón, y los colores quedaban opacos y sin brillo. Intenté todo tipo de configuraciones: bajé la temperatura, reduje el tiempo, cambié el papel y ajusté la presión… pero el resultado fue siempre el mismo: la máquina se sobrecalienta y arruina las piezas. Esto demuestra claramente que el sensor interno o la calibración de fábrica están defectuosos, haciendo que el control de temperatura no funcione correctamente. No hay forma de trabajar con precisión ni de obtener resultados consistentes. Después de perder siete vasos, tiempo y materiales, terminé tirando la máquina a la basura. Fue una completa pérdida de dinero. ⚠️ No recomiendo este producto para sublimación de vasos, tazas o cualquier artículo sensible al calor. La prensa calienta mucho más de lo que indica en la pantalla y puede arruinar tus proyectos desde el primer intento. Muy decepcionado con la falta de control de calidad de HTVRONT. Esperaba un equipo confiable, pero resultó ser un fracaso total.
