For a 1300 dollar machine this ice cream machine works almost just like any other industrial ice cream machine would. There isn't any leaking, the belts are in good condition, the controls are easy to understand, it cools down quickly, and it doesn't use much power (for a soft serve machine of this caliber). On the other hand the instructions are not very detailed, and it's easy to see that whomever wrote them can't speak english very well. It also takes ALOT of water to clean thoroughly. In general I'd say that this machine is a very good purchase for any business owner looking for an affordable soft serve machine that can turn out around 6 to 8 cones at a time before cooling down again (about 1 minute for cool down). I'd say you could probably get a max of 400 cones out of it an hour if you were constantly working with it, but that's being pretty generous. Anyway I hope this review helps. I plan to provide another update with video after a month of use.

We bought this to add on an ice cream option for our Edible Cookie Dough food truck. So far it's been good after 4 uses. As others have stated - instructions are not good. You are better off getting on YouTube and watching vevor soft serve videos from others. There's pretty detailed cleaning and setup videos available. It's pretty quite for what we expected and it makes a full batch of ice cream in less then 10 minutes after you pour in the mixture. We have only used frostline Brand so far which most recommend. Will update again after 6 months once we get back into busy season again. For the price it'll pay for itself after just a few setups so if it lasts a year I'll consider it a win.

This is a high quality machine at a great price. Runs on normal household current so it can go on the road for parties. It is a little noisy, but no one seems to mind. The extra discs which provide some very decorative cones are a hit.

when product arrived, it was defective and I had to have local repair fix the machine. the cost was over 200. The company did reimbursement the cost. Now, i am having another issue and the company has not responded in over 2 weeks. we have repeatedly emailed and txt with no response. do not buy from this company. the loss of revenue we have incurred from the 2 weeks without a machine would have bouth another machine. this is from china, parts are from china and you cant get them in the states. waste of money. We will buy American products so we can get service if needed.

Easy to use and clean. Bought while it was on sale. Best purchase I made! The grandkids love making their own sundaes and cones. The adults turn in to big kids using it. It pays for its self quickly, due to not making trips to restaurants to buy ice cream products.

I strongly advise against purchasing this item from this company due to their poor customer service. I’ve had the machine for over a month, but within the first week, I noticed a major defect—the chocolate mix seeps into the vanilla, making it impossible to serve vanilla ice cream properly. The company sent a used replacement machine that was covered in stains and appeared to be an older model. Unfortunately, the machine doesn’t function properly. The right side fails to dispense, the middle drips, and only the left side works. I strongly recommend caution when purchasing from this company, as their customer service is disappointing. Expect a lot of back-and-forth as they try to avoid providing assistance or replacing the faulty product.
