I've had a lot of heat sources over the years, but last time I picked up a space heater it was a ceramic. This little unit even improves on that much more expensive model I bought. First off, I test the energy pulled by space heaters because I'm a cautious fellow, and my readings came right in line with what they're publishing. So I feel good it's not going try to draw more power than it should. I tested the tip over function since I couldn't find a little switch most I've seen historically have. This one appears to be using an accelerometer which meant that even if I tried to start it tipped over (like a dog nose might), it still wouldn't. It even has a light to remind you it is plugged in. Turning it on, I used a laser thermometer to measure the heat output. It pumped out some really heat, the elements inside themselves topped 200degrees, but it was down to a little over 115 degrees along the grate directly in front and much cooler around the housing. That gap is one reason I like ceramic heaters, they produce heat but keep you safe from touching those red hot elements. I would generally use this setting a temperature to maintain. A nice feature (which the AI on my camera kept eliminating from every picture) was that if you set the temperature too much below the current temperature it flashes that it's set too low for it to turn on. So, you don't have to wonder. While in that mode it does cycle on and off to maintain the heat. When it's off in between, the oscillation, fan, and heat are all off. Technically the unit does have a fan only mode. So, you could use this as an oscillating fan without any heat. Last of all, it's compact - like what you'd have on a desk, or near your feet. (I won't opine on what that's like, cause the idea of having a heater near my feet creeps me out for some reason.) This is a great unit.

Let’s be honest, I picked this up in the middle of summer, off season, as you should also because that’s when supply is hight and demand is low, resulting in better deals. I ran it with the heat on only for about a minute because it’s the middle of summer and it got hot within the first few seconds, before 5 seconds went by it was already fully hot!. This heater/fan can run at three different levels, 700W, 1000W, or 1500W or in fan only mode which I am using in the summer. There is a ECO option that will heat to your set temp (41-95F) at either 1000W or 1500W depending on the difference between the set and actual temperatures and shut off when the target temp is reached. A timer can be set in 1 hour increments from 0-12 hours. There is also a 70 degree oscillation option. It is no louder than other small heaters I have, just the hum of the fan and the oscillation feature is quiet. The remote can control all functions and requires 2AAA batteries (not included). I don’t know what else anyone would require in a small space heater. This one does it all! I would not hesitate to buy more if my other space heaters quit working.

This space heater has been an absolute lifesaver in my office at work! I’m in one of those older buildings where the thermostat seems to exist purely for decoration, freezing year-round no matter the season. I pull this little gem out in the afternoons and within minutes, I’m feeling toasty warm and focused instead of frozen and frustrated. I especially love the compact size because it tucks neatly under my desk and is discreet enough not to draw attention. Since it's 1500W it gives the max amount of heat possible from a standard house outlet. The 70° oscillation helps distribute the warmth evenly, and I love having the remote control for convenience—especially from bed or the couch. The built-in thermostat, timer, and multiple modes (including eco and fan settings) give me full control over comfort and energy use. It’s also very quiet while running, which is a big plus in an office or bedroom setting. Safe, efficient, and easy to use—this heater is perfect for keeping cozy during colder months. I live in Vegas and normally people don't think that we'd need a space heater - but it gets cold out here in the desert in the winter, and our bedroom doesn't quite warm up at night. I only tried it for a few minutes because right now it's very hot, but I really like it. It works well and is easy to use. I love the fact that it's quiet and oscillates too. It's cute and pretty tiny so it doesn't take up a lot of space but I know come winter, this heater will get a lot of use!

This is an awesome little heater, especially for the price. Unlike most units that only have a shut-off dial, this one has a digital thermostat that allows me to set the temperature exactly where I want it. And the various modes, timers, and other features, can be used to fine tune the comfort level even further. It even oscillates to distribute the heat more evenly, so I don't have to worry about cold spots developing in the room. To top it off, it comes with a remote. This means I won't have to get out of my nice warm bed to adjust it. Perfect!

This is a pretty powerful little ceramic space heater given it's size. It comes with a remote so you can add some additional control features as needed, included intensity and duration. Temperature control is accurate and reliable. VERY easy to use and highly functional. Quite small, but certainly packs a punch...

This thing is even smaller than I thought it would be, but for its size it can create a lot of heat. This is great for a small space like your bedroom, desk, or just to heat you up while on the couch. It gets warm almost immediately and has very simple controls making it easy to use. It's not too loud for a small fan. It does have a timer and works for nighttime when you need heat, but only to get you to sleep.
