*UPDATE* Turns out the only problem was a faulty charger. I initially contacted the company about returning it but after troubleshooting it with the person from the company I decided to hold off on returning it and letting them send out a new charger. I can not express enough how easy to deal with and nice they were. We got the new charger 2 days ago and haven’t had a problem since. Sure it was inconvenient to have my kids’ gift mess up but I’ve learned to accept that things happen & I’m certain this company didn’t intend to send a faulty part. If anyone runs into an issue with their board, contact the company. They were prompt with replying & very apologetic. As much as my kids love this board sharing it has become a bummer for them so I may be purchasing another in the near future :) It was super cool...for about 30 mins. Every time my kids try to use it, it only works for about 2 mins and then beeps like crazy with the battery symbol lit up. I put it on the charger & it charged for around 5 mins. Then the light went from yellow to green. I have tried charging it again but now the charger does not work. Happy Easter to us, UGH! ... show more

Pros: This model lights up and changes colors on the sides of the wheels too. My kid loves this version because it catches a lot of attention from friends and bystanders. We chose the color black, and it still looks exciting. It is quiet so I have to yell about riding it inside the house. It’s very neat to view a night and it’s sturdy. Cons: We still haven’t figured out the Bluetooth feature, but the light show from the wheels is still worth it. Get yours today! ... show more

Kids love it, they have lots fun with and challenge the balance , I try couple times at my age I was pretty scared and can’t maintain balance from my body but good try and now I can do pretty good on it play in church parking lot ( very close to my house while covid-19 we play in this parking very afternoon for activity) good but and it’s good choice for kids gift they join it a lot and you can play it long time from a single charge and don’t occupying space ... show more

Very pleased with this!! Got it as a Christmas present for my daughter and she LOVES it! She’s always on it, even in the house. It only took about four times on it for her to ride it like a pro.
