This product has worked WONDERS on my cat’s ear in just a month. In September, my cat started losing hair on his ear. Initially, his ear only had a small patch of hair missing –– with a little scratch. I first thought he might have just over itched in that one area. However, after monitoring it through the week, it got progressively worse. The once small patch of hair missing was now a significant part of his ear, even going a little bit into the back of his hair. I was getting progressively nervous as to what was happening to my cat’s ear. I looked all over the internet and stumbled across this product. I purchased it right away. Once I got the product, I started using it on my cat’s ear. It is a gel consistency that comes out of a spray bottle. Rather than spraying it directly on my cat’s ear (which is quite alarming to him), I would spray about three pumps directly onto a folded paper towel and then dab it on my cat’s ear. I would do this first thing in the morning before breakfast and at night before dinner (twice a day). After using this product, I saw his ear was getting better after about a week and getting MUCH BETTER at the two-week mark. Today, it’s been about a month since I saw the first small patch of hair missing, and his ear is COMPLETELY BACK TO NORMAL. I am so happy that I found this product, and my cat is back to being ok. I stopped using the medicine after about 2-3 weeks. I am no longer using this product because my cat’s ear looks perfect again (about a month later)!! I will add pictures to this post. I recommend this product to anyone whose cat is having a similar experience. It has worked wonders!!!

We have a husky that gets hot spots frequently. If this is applied daily, they go away! Great product. Really helps to prevent more serious hot spots.

Back in May my cat started itching her ears really bad. It got to the point that she scratched her skin raw and the infection spread to her eyes. The photo shown is actually her after spending a week at the vet. Needless to say, I was not happy when I got my poor baby back like the first photo shows. The vet said it was an infection and then sent me home with antiseptic spray to put on her skin. We tried this for 3 weeks and $200 later and she was only getting worse. We decided to take her to another vet in a town 30 minutes away. The first visit went great. They ran some tests and gave her a steroid shot with some more spray and ear ointment that would need to be squeezed and massages into her ear. You could see some improvement a day later, but soon she went back to scratching and getting worse. I took 2 more vet trips so figure something out, and nothing would work. I even tried other remedies and tricks like a cone (she pulled it off in 3 seconds), booties, socks, Velcro socks, anti itch spray. NOTHING WOULD WORK!! We spent roughly $500 on treatments plus the fuel and time taken off work to get her in to see the vet. I was desperate and began skimming through amazon products with good reviews. I was willing to try anything because she was miserable and in the same condition for months already. I came across this product and it is amazing!!! I will say, though, that instead of spraying the ointment onto the hot spot, you should pour some on a paper towel or towel and dab it on the infected area. When we sprayed it on our cat, she started itching even more. I don’t know why, but when we dabbed it on her she began to improve drastically. I’m pleased to say that she is doing great right now. Her skin is healed, and we’re on day 4 of no ointment (I’m trying to see how she’ll do without treatment) and SHE’S DOING PERFECT!!! Overall a great product especially for the price.

My cat had a huge hot spot. After spraying several times a day for almost a week, the spot started to shrink and was less red and irritated. It’s almost gone now. The spray nozzle on the bottle broke with half the bottle left but Amazon took care of it.

It doesn't seem to spray easily at all so have not been able to spray on my dog's hot spots. Just doesn't come out I need it.

Put this on dog's major surgery scar a few days after, and healed the inflamed mess in less than half the time. She also did not like licking it, so that helped a bit too. Only caveat is you HAVE to rinse the nozzle after every use as the fluid coagulates and blocks the sprayer. Seems expensive, but saves you another trip to the vet, that could end up costing hundreds..
