This grill was very easy to setup. Nothing came broken, use lump coal, easy start, temp gauge is in with c and Fahrenheit, looks great and well built. Heavy so might need help moving it. Temp Guage seemed to work great and was fairly easy to figure out how to control the the top and bottom vents for optimum temperature . This Kamado is pretty easy to setup. You can do it alone but might need a second person to help move it and put it in the included stand. It is quite heavy. This is our first Kamado and I love it. Fairly easy to start, read directions if this is your first Kamado type grill. Heats up quick and easy with top and bottom vent control. Some reviewers said the thermostat was only in Celsius but this one has both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The temperature Guage worked well and helps a lot when you're grilling. Looks really nice and well-made as well. Very sturdy.I am in a frenzy of grilling now that we have this! The size is nice for a small family and I would reccomend you give it a try. If you are looking for portable, light weight, this is not your cooker. According to my UPS it is a HEAVY 75 lbs. I don’t need it to be portable , I cook for two so I LOVE it! It is well made and has a small learning curve. The instructions are a little wonky to put it together BUT it includes your tools. I started, had to walk away and come back! You can quickly learn to control the temperature, and that results in perfectly cooked food. Fish can come out like a cross between roasting and smoking - wonderful for salmon. Steaks cook slowly enough to melt fat and fall apart like a roast. I've never been able to do this on an open BBQ or hibachi. I use hardwood charcoal and you can close all the vents when you're done, the fire goes out, and you have fuel for the next fire. Awesome cooking tool! ... show more

The grill came to my front door. I had to get my dolly to move it to the back patio. The box was in perfect shape. Everything was packeted very securely. I assembled the stand instructions were ok not great. It comes with tool’s screwdriver and wrench. Do not over tight the screws. My young neighbor was able to lift out of the box alone. Be sure to season egg. I started the lump charcoal in a chimney much quicker. Currently trying out cooking . I will give updates in few months. Good luck! ... show more

It arrives 80% assembled, the rest was easy. This grill is very heavy and is bigger in person than in the photo. I used it for the first time as a test run before having guests over. For a first time try my ribs came out falling off the bones. The temperature gauge is idiot proof and eliminated any guess work. This company responds quickly to emails. I wanted to purchase the blue but the red would arrive faster so they quickly cancelled the blue so I could reorder the red. Great product and solid customer service. ... show more
