Great bag for the price. I use this 3 to 4 times a week and get a great workout with it. The bag works great if you follow the instructions and don't over fill it. Keep the weight under 50 lbs and you will have a great workout tool. One of the thing I've found to fill that works the best was a 36 lbs bag of bird seed. This was an amazing investment. My friend and I hung this up with a mini crane and it has stayed hanging up for the last 4 months without any signs of the straps fraying or loosening. We stuffed it with an old punching bag and some sand, so it’s pretty heavy and it still holds up like a professional quality. The top is a zipper to fill and then to close up so no spillage. This is a VERY poorly constructed bag. Buyer beware, the value is not there. Very little use on mine before I was laid up after surgery. I had a partial knee replacement so I couldn't use this bag for about a year. In that time it hasn't been used at all, but the entire circumference of the bag tore under the rivets. This was not on a seam, not along stitching, but the actual canvas that simply failed from the hung weight. I have 80 lbs of material in the bad which it was supposedly rated for.
