Extremely disappointed. The most I can say it that it works. Who in their right mind installs a WHITE GPU into a black and glass case? They made a great looking computer, look UGLY and cheap. With the mismatched components, it is NOT something to be proud of and show off. It is something you hide in a vented cabinet or put it in a closet. If I send this back, it will take anywhere from 30 to 90 days for Amazon to clear the computer for a partial refund because it runs. Amazon charges 15% on working/running computers. In this case, it is a $590 restocking fee. Then I will need to order another computer and HOPE it is put together correctly. For me to correct this, replacing the GPU (Geforce Zotac Gaming RTX 5080) with the same GPU, just in black to match the case, it is going to cost an additional $1800+ on top of the original cost of this computer, sending this computer to $6K. So beware, what you see might not be what you get. I can only give this computer 2 stars because it did start right up and runs. The mismatched components, that make this computer look cheap and UGLY lowers a five-star rating to just 2 stars. Two stars is because it does run, UGLY but runs. 06/09/2025 Lowering the rating to one star. I contacted the seller, Horrible C/S. Their attitude is that they could care less about the buyer or their build. They don't care about a MAJOR component of a computer built in a GLASS case, the aesthetics. That is why the glass case. If I were buying a computer in a closed, metal case where the components could not be seen, I would not care. (PS: it would cost half the price). This is a computer in a GLASS case. Glass on two sides, and full of RGB lights to draw attention to the components. A 14-year-old could build a better-looking computer. Again, the reason I am not sending it back is that it will take up to three months for Amazon to approve the return/refund. Since it does run/work, they charge a 15% restocking fee on a working/running computer and will flag my account for the return. Then if I replace it (in three plus months), this is the only seller at this time using the Hyte cases, and NO telling what the seller will ship. So just be warned, you might not be getting what you think you purchased. It just might be some Frankenstein the seller threw together. ... show more
