The media could not be loaded. I was kind of skeptical about getting this PC But it has exceeded my expectation. It came with all of the parts as mentioned and runs perfect. I would recommend purchasing a PC from Velzstorm. It runs games perfect and is quiet.

What an awesome unit, upgraded and retired my i7 3080 PC to this, this thing runs and looks amazing. Mainly playing Call of Duty I average over 250 FPS without the Pc even sweating. Highly recommend and it even comes with a one year warranty from the manufacturer. PC is quiet and easy to setup. It also came packaged very nicely with all the components being protected very well, Styrofoam took awhile to get out but I’d rather deal with that than broken components. ... show more

Mine keeps crashing. On first day of use. I ordered a custom Velztorm Praetix desktop that arrived damaged out of the box — with a faulty motherboard, bad RAM, and cooling issues. After video calls with their support rep, I was told to return it for repair under warranty. I explained I no longer had the internal packaging, and they said it was fine, sending a UPS label without insurance. When they received it, the PC had more damage, and now they’re refusing to take responsibility, even though the product was defective from the start and they controlled the return. I’ve acted in good faith, but the experience has been stressful and disappointing. Passing fault to me for poor packaging on return, although their supposed packing sent to me arrived damaged. The irony is killing me, The irony is that I followed every instruction they gave me, yet I’m being blamed for the added damage with their defective and damaged product to begin with. They had me sign an agreement before I sent it to them, where is Linda transfered liability to me with gross negligence, but the negligence started with them. There is consumer laws that will protect you. I’m still waiting on their reply. Hoping for a good resolution of this issue. But I wouldn’t trust this store with anything let alone their customer service, they are ignoring my calls now. Just email. ... show more

Let me put your skepticism to rest 100% would recommend and would do business with the seller again. Seller responded to questions before sale quickly, Quality parts, quality build and cable management, PC came well packed with foam for transport and seller included all extra cables, manuals etc .. It’s so beautiful. Very clean look and very powerful. I love that you can pretty much see all the components thanks to all the tempered glass. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was A plus .
