The machine was easy to set up, beautiful! But it said it would have Bluetooth and it did not. I’m also having issues where the machine is running 100% disk for no apparent reason, and the computer freezes at least once a day. I’m not sure why because I’ve got barely anything on the computer. I can’t be upset because I got it so cheap, but it can be a bit frustrating. Update: the computer deteriorated quickly. It’s been just over 2 months, the pretty lights quit working, it crashes every single day, and now will not stay on. What I’m reading says is a short or a faulty power sorry. So many issues with what i thought would be a solid computer, waiting to hear what customer service does. ... show more

I'm giving this pc 5 stars right now for quite a few reasons and going by my experience so far. It seems this company has a semi "bad rap", but what we got was pretty awesome for the money. Let's start with the GC, it came with a 2060 S, although it is a dated graphics card it is can handle most games seamlessly at 60fps. Next the i7 processor although there could have been a better processor in it, so far it hasn't slowed ANYTHING down, and that can easily be upgraded later on if need be. This machine came with 32 gigs of ram! It's crazy fast and responsive! I tried and tried to build something comparable and honestly couldn't come close for the money. Visually, it's a really cool looking unit with lots of leds and functional fans. Also, the soundbar it came with is actually pretty cool. The peripherals work ok, but once again, those things can all be upgraded very easily and imo were just bonuses anyway. The tower alone holds its value plus some. If you are looking for a good solid entry level gaming pc on a budget. This thing sort of kicks a#$! (Follow-up review) We have had the PC for just over a month and it's working great. We did have a small issue with the WiFi card, where it would drop connection. That is a tiny issue and very cheap to upgrade. I ended up just running a new CAT6 ethernet line. Bought it, set it up, updated everything, then turned it off. Now it won't boot to windows. No way to update BOIS or even acces the boot menu. Customer Service absolutely doesn't exist. Won't respond to emails or answer calls. Asks you to "leave a voicemail". This is a fraudulent company that steals your money and sends you garbage that doesn't work. ... show more

I bought this for my daughter so she could play Fortnite with her two brothers that I had built computers for 3 years ago. Well after getting it online and downloading all of the updates to get it current I realized that this can't be updated to Windows 11 because of the i7 processor. Again no fault of the manufacturer, but on my own ignorance I know nothing about Intel processors, but I assumed that if you are selling a gaming computer in 2023 it can handle 2023 games. I downloaded Fortnite and loaded it up excited to get her up and running. Well right off the bat I was glitching out in the lobby just waiting to get into the game. Once I was in the game it was all over, I was averaging 10 frames a second and lag like you wouldn't believe. This has a 1660TI GPU which both my boys have and have no issues getting 120+ frames so I knew it wasn't that. I pulled up Task Manager and the i7 was MAXED OUT. So I ended up buying a B550 motherboard, 3200Mhz Ram, Ryzen 5 processor and new power supply, and finally I was getting 120+ frames with no lag. So I am out almost the price I paid for this combo to make it a "Gaming Computer". There was no bait and switch here just my lack of knowledge on Intel processors and assuming that a 3 year newer PC labeled gaming PC would beat my boys old ones.
