A few things about this chair... I knocked off a couple stars because it arrived damaged with two curved punctures right on the top of the chair. Its an eyesore on an otherwise beautiful piece. I was pretty disappointed and wrestled with the idea of returning it, but its so bulky and I live in downtown Chicago with no car and I would have a hell of a time getting it to a UPS store. So now I just throw a blanket or a sweater over the holes. The box was in perfect condition and its obvious this didn't happen in transit. For $180, I expected better. The colors are beautiful. And the chair is treasured by cats - I spend a couple minutes every morning cleaning their fur off the chair - easily done with a microfiber cloth. I have had this chair for about 5 weeks now and sit in it almost daily since working from home. I knocked off another star because the plush dome of a cushion it had when it arrived has now been flattened and shows an indent that wont bounce back. In my last couple photos, you can see the fabric no longer stretches flat over the cushion. If it looks like this after 5 weeks (though the flattening happened sooner than this), I wonder what it will look like in 5 months. It sure makes my home office look cute though. Let me first say that the chair looks great, and is very cute in person. BUT if you plan on sitting on it for more than 10 minutes, do not buy it. After 2 days of working from home, the cushion had completely collapsed to an imprint of my behind, and a few days after that, I started getting the worst back pain of my life. After spending $200 on this chair, I then had to go get an actual ergonomic chair from a trusted manufacturer to make sure I could actually sit at my computer and get work done. Even though I hate the look of my new chair, and this chair is cuter, at the end of the day this item actually caused me physical harm. Beautiful chair. It’s much higher quality than it looks and it’s a fraction of the cost of similar chairs from designer brands. I purchased it because I wanted comfort and style and that’s exactly what it delivered. It took 6 weeks to get here because of a shipment delay on FedEx’s end but the seller was very diligent and shipped a new one my way alongside a generous discount. I’m very pleased with both the product and the thoughtful customer service. 👌🏻 UPDATE: After 3 months of sitting in the chair for 6+ hours per day I'm sad to report the foam on the seat has taken then shape of my butt, which makes it awkward and uncomfortable to sit in. Not a quality foam at all, so that really sucks. Still a beautiful chair but would have rather spent more for a piece that would last. ... show more

Was tired of having a gaming chair and wanted something that looks more refined. This is lovely, I got the green. It's beautiful 💚 Pros: -soft -I like where the back hits since I don't like headrests (I'm short at 5' nothing) -green and gold look great together -the arms don't get stuck on the desk because they slope down -easy to assemble cons: -might be hard to clean -could use more padding in the seat -doesn't go very low of note: -smells like hemp, not a bad smell but it's not odorless (at least mine isn't) -static, my hair likes to stick to it but probably also my climate helping that I did put a faux fur material tucked into the seat mostly because I know I'm clumsy and I wanted to protect the seat from my inevitable spills. Overall I would recommend to someone who wants a better aesthetic than gaming and office chairs. You may want to buy an extra seat cushion though. ... show more

This chair is both beautiful and comfortable. A thick, firm cushion and raises, lowers and rolls smoothly. Want to say re: seller, there were some delivery issues with the chair not being picked up by Fedex after several shipment attempts by seller (and multiple tracking numbers) but the seller was quick to respond and react. Seller was polite, very transparent and eager to resolve even providing a percentage of a refund for the issues. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. ... show more

I love this chair it’s very comfortable and stylish. I was having trouble getting two different chairs delivered so I canceled them and ordered this in replacement. It shipped in a week or so. It took one minute to assemble and it looks great. My only small complaint would be that it’s slightly noisy. When rolling it from one place to the next it rattles loudly.
