Meh. The top middle of the chair is totally flat and damaged from packaging. The screws and Allen key were simply tossed into the box like confetti, so screws are missing because the box was poorly assembled. I did not even touch the pictured crumpled plastic bag, it was just included as a bonus I guess. The seat has marks that cannot be fixed. I suspect I got someone’s returned chair, and for this price, I am not happy about it. Two stars because I technically received an item, but can’t comment on much else since it’s currently useless and damaged. EDITED TO ADD CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: The seller was very quickly responsive to fixing this issue and offered a replacement or a full refund. I requested a replacement and promptly received a clearly new chair. This one came with actual packaging and was entirely disassembled, whereas the first one came with the wheels and base attached. Updating original two star rating to four. It really is a gorgeous and high quality chair when you get a new one. ... show more
