Stiff/uncomfortable and way smaller than expected. I have been patiently trying for 3 months to allow WTHome or Amazon to help return/refund this purchase. I have received lots of empty promises and neither have been any help. This sofa is really small (see pics) - the legs are an inch shorter than described and the cushion is about 14" off the ground, not almost 18" as shown in the listing. Your knees are literally higher than your butt when seated and I'm only 5'4". I would also argue it's only for 2 people because the seem is so uncomfortable no one will want to sit in the middle. Do not plan to sit or ever lay on this comfortably, nor would I subject visitors to it. It's embarrassingly uncomfortable. The only good thing is it's pretty so good for staging but not for any seating even temporarily. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WTHome offers. This has been a nightmare purchase!! Update @ 5 months from purchase : I posted a comment to an ad for an Amazon sofa on IG and was banned within seconds of the post. I said, “I purchased a sofa off Amazon and it was the worst $400 experience. Never again.” At this point still no refund or help from Amazon. This stupid couch is still sitting in a box in my garage. ... show more
