I would give more stars if I could. This product is outstanding. It begins with professional packaging and excellent installation documentation that is simple, clear, and thoughtfully designed. The installation itself is easy, and it’s clear that Veise engineers considered the entire experience from start to finish. The price is very attractive given the wide range of features it offers: keys, NFC cards, keypad entry, fingerprint access, and app control. My wife often has trouble with fingerprint readers not recognizing her fingerprint, but that was not the case here. This device accepted her fingerprint on the first attempt and has worked flawlessly ever since. The app is also very intuitive and provides all the information you need. If that isn’t enough to convince you, I also want to mention the service. The device I received appeared to have an issue, so I called customer support. The response was immediate and friendly. Since they were unsure how to fix the problem, they sent me a replacement device right away, which arrived the very next day. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. I’d especially like to mention Isabella from customer care, who handled my case professionally and kindly. A company with employees like that is hard to beat. We have only had this a few days, but so far we love it. We are in our 70s and sometimes technically challenged, but this was very easy to install and set up. Now hubby doesn't have to carry around heavy keys in his pocket which makes him so very happy. Our son, daughter, and granddaughter can easily get in when they need to do things when we are out of town. Having to get keys for everyone was such a hassle and this eliminates that problem. This looks very nice on the door. Fingerprint recognition so far has been superb. Haven't tried the auto-locking and probably won't use it. Haven't had it long enough to address battery life. It connected to our WiFi very quickly and with no issues. We didn't have to modify anything on our door. Don't hesitate to buy this. ... show more

Very easy install... clear instructions and illustrations. Very versatile. I like that you can operate it from your phone, keypad (code), fingerprint, fob and if all else fails, the actual key. Very easy to setup and use. Set up codes for everyone in your household, or special deliveries and cleaning services. I also like the fact that you can set a timer for it to lock automatically once you enter the house... great if you have small children. Also works with Alexa. One other feature I will appreciate is if you are traveling, there is a setting to block entry except for the actual key! Super! I just installed it so I can't speak for longevity, but I hope to have many years of great service from it. I purchased the brushed nickel and it looks great! ... show more

I absolutely love this lock!!!! Easy to create codes/fingerprints. The appearance is sleek and simple but nice looking. Autolocking works great. Tested it this morning. As far as durability i have only had it one day so far so we will see but love everything about it so far!

We went from a standard dead bolt to this fingerprint lock. We have a large family so all the coming and going usually led to the door being left unlocked all the time. This lock auto locks and feels much safer. Pros- easy to install. App works well, lock gives us no issues even with spotty WiFi. It auto locks so even if we forget, we are locked up. It looks nice and expensive. Lock is secure. You can set multiple fingerprints and codes very easily. I ordered another one for my front door and I’m going to get one for the garage door. Cons: it’s been installed for a few weeks and the screws have loosened, making it seem wobbly and cheap. I’m going to take it apart and re install with lock-rite on the screws, so hoping it will be more stable. I don’t think I can blame the product completely, my kids are getting used to a constantly locked door and are wrenching on it quite a bit, but still I feel a door knob should hold up to this. The app/settings are a little limited. The max time for auto lock is 3 minutes- which is not a lot of time. I’d prefer 10-15 minutes, but oh well. Notifications can be set to come on the phone- I turned this off after a few days because I do not need so many notifications. (The app tells you who unlocks the door, which is fun. ) there is a slight delay in fingerprint-green light- opening, and if you rush it, it just stops and does not unlock door but still flashes green like it’s unlocked- resulting in inpatient kids and me. I think we just need to get used to it. If you leave the door open and it tries to auto lock, it’s going to scream at you. ... show more

SUPER EASY to install. I truly didn’t even need the instructions. The app is very easy to use. The fingerprint recognition is amazing. I just installed it, so I’m not sure about durability, battery life, and auto-locking. The quality seems great.
