I would give more stars if I could. This product is outstanding. It begins with professional packaging and excellent installation documentation that is simple, clear, and thoughtfully designed. The installation itself is easy, and it’s clear that Veise engineers considered the entire experience from start to finish. The price is very attractive given the wide range of features it offers: keys, NFC cards, keypad entry, fingerprint access, and app control. My wife often has trouble with fingerprint readers not recognizing her fingerprint, but that was not the case here. This device accepted her fingerprint on the first attempt and has worked flawlessly ever since. The app is also very intuitive and provides all the information you need. If that isn’t enough to convince you, I also want to mention the service. The device I received appeared to have an issue, so I called customer support. The response was immediate and friendly. Since they were unsure how to fix the problem, they sent me a replacement device right away, which arrived the very next day. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. I’d especially like to mention Isabella from customer care, who handled my case professionally and kindly. A company with employees like that is hard to beat. This has so many important features including working with Alexa

Bought this for a senior family member that was concerned about whether in an emergency someone could get to them if they locked their door. It was easy to install and there are many features that made this the perfect choice. It has an easy to use app but important to us was that it works with Alexa. You can give multiple codes so you can customize to others that makes their code easy to use. We supplied 911 with their own code. The family member can see when a code is used in the app and they know who is using it and entering their home. You can delete or disable a code easily. They don't have to go back to the door to see if it is locked, but simply tell Alexa to lock the door. Also, they can unlock the door with Alexa if they know someone is there without having to go to the door. It has eliminated that issue about wondering where to hide a key or who might have a copy of it. This has been a good investment. It has stayed connected to wifi, and the battery life has held up very well. It looks good on the door, too. Overall it has offered a sense of security to our family. Hope this helps. ... show more

Just installed this lock and it works great. It is also compatible with Alexa. Didn't fully understand how to add multiple fingerprints. I called customer service, and Aaron was very helpful in walking me through the steps. Good product and easy to install.

I absolutely love these locks! They were easy to install and I enjoy the different methods of entry as well as the auto locking system. I think these locks are perfect for senior citizens (and people with kids) because sometimes they forget to lock their doors and with these locks, that is a non issue. We truly love the lock. While setting it up wasn’t too complicated at the start, it didn’t take long for things to get a bit confusing. We’ve faced quite a few challenges, especially with the automatic system—things like the app and card, touchpad just wouldn’t unlock it. But when we used the key? No problem at all. We reached out to the seller, and they responded swiftly and kindly sent us a replacement. I was so grateful for their quick support. Now, with the new one on our door, everything works perfectly, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. We have only had this a few days, but so far we love it. We are in our 70s and sometimes technically challenged, but this was very easy to install and set up. Now hubby doesn't have to carry around heavy keys in his pocket which makes him so very happy. Our son, daughter, and granddaughter can easily get in when they need to do things when we are out of town. Having to get keys for everyone was such a hassle and this eliminates that problem. This looks very nice on the door. Fingerprint recognition so far has been superb. Haven't tried the auto-locking and probably won't use it. Haven't had it long enough to address battery life.
