I recently upgraded to this electronic front door lock and handle, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The keyless entry is so convenient—no more digging around for keys—and I really like being able to set different codes for family members and guests. The design looks sleek and modern, which gives the front door a nice upgrade. Installation took a little more time than a regular lock, but it wasn’t too difficult. Had to grind part of the bottom of the lock plate so the lock can go in and out, without any disruption. The lock runs on batteries, but have not had to replace them, yet. I also keep a backup key just in case, but so far the electronic functions have been flawless. Overall, this lock has made life easier, feels secure, and is well worth the investment. Pros: Convenient keyless entry Easy to create codes for family/guest. Given keys and cards if code is forgotten. Secure with auto-lock feature Sleek, modern design Cons: Runs on batteries (eventually will need replacement) Installation takes a little extra time, but not alot. Can only lock and unlock remotely while on home wifi, not when we are away.

Installed in new door and fit the prefab holes perfectly. Works great - use your thumb to do the finger print - if you are holding something, thumb works much easier. Key fob works great as well, plus the app (you need the additional gateway) will give you the ability to unlock, or set codes for limited access easily. Easy to use! (get the gateway for full functionality)

Love this!!!! Has so many options to lock and unlock -pin on key pad, Key, fingerprint, mag card, & assigned pins. App is user friendly!! Only issue you have to be in the same location to use app and change pin!? I don’t live in home so it’s frustrating that I can’t delete codes without being there! Otherwise it’s a 5 star!

I like everything about this Smart lock. It looks great on my door, has 3 ways to open physically, especially appreciate opening with my fingerprint. I can open and close with my phone, a great feature. I purchased it on sale, so the price was very good. I had to have someone install it, but it didn't take too long. I want to connect to my Smart watch also. I contacted their customer service. I got a live person quickly and spoke to Isabella. She was professional, courteous and efficient. She informed me I need a Gateway to connect to my watch. She said she would mail one to me. Do not hesitate to buy this smart lock.

This has exceeded our expectations. The hardware itself looks great. The fingerprint recognition is accurate and consistent. The instructions were easy to follow. We love all of the features including the app that allows us to lock the door from the living room, the ability to program multiple codes, and the cards. It is very sturdy and safe.

Batteries only last about 2 months. App still says full power, but it won't read fingerprints. As soon as I change batteries, it works gine again. Great device when it eorks though. App should have a widget so i don't need to open the app, then the device, then the unlock button each time.
