Great lock, easy to install and works like a charm...plus it's elegant looking. My favorite feature is the Fingerprint reader, it is seamless and simple to set up. The app for the lock is DDlock and it offers many Bluetooth features. If you want to hook up with Alexa you will need to get their mini hub, and download a different free app for use with Alexa. The media could not be loaded. I really, really love the Veise smart lock for front doors with fingerprint keyless entry. I also bought the keyless entry with a deadbolt for my back door. They make a great set. My not-yet able to drive teenage child has been losing keys faster than I can get them copied for years, and now we don't have to worry about that anymore. You can enter the house with a fingerprint, with the keypad, a fob, and with a key. You can also set up temporary codes for any one that needs entry like repair people or visiting family. The handle looks great both on the inside and outside of my home. The install couldn't have been easier. The box came with really good instructions and a QR code for video instructions. I have never installed a door knob or deadbolt before and I didn't expect it to be very difficult. There was a short learning curve but by the time I installed the first one I really didn't even have to look at the instructions to install the second one. It also came with all the parts one would need to make any necessary adjustments for non standard sizing. I also bought the Veise gateway so the locks will work with my Google Home app. My only complaint is that you are instructed to install the DDlock app which does not show up in the list of google compatible items. I had to install another app that is the same as DDlock and it took me a while to figure that out. Besides the minor app issue, I can say without reservation that this is the lock to keep you home safe and to do so easily. ... show more

Good quality and great look. Installation was easy. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that my husband complains about “fat fingering” the key pad. I don’t have an issue with it, so it could possibly just be him. It really shouldn’t be a big problem though because you can use the app to lock and unlock and there are also key fobs. Having the different options are great. I prefer the app because we live in the country and it’s nice to be able to unlock the door before getting out of my car due to the coyotes and bobcats around us. Very easy to install and works really well. I love that it has the fingerprint reader, code combinations, and passwords that can all be used for access. The app is fairly easy to use, but it wasn't extremely intuitive how to set passcode combinations. Otherwise, this is perfect.

The media could not be loaded. I recently bought the Veise Smart Lock for my front door and I am very happy with my purchase. This smart lock is super to install with just a screwdriver, although I did use a drill to make installing it even faster. It’s extremely convenient to use, and secure to protect my home. The installation process was simple and straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary hardware included. It took me a less than 30 minutes to replace my old lock with this one. The lock fits well on my front door and looks a lot better than my old lock. The best feature of this smart lock is the multiple ways to unlock it. I installed the DDlock app and can use my fingerprint, a password, a one-time code, or a physical key. The fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate, and the password and one-time code functions are also handy, especially when I have guests who need temporary access. I can also control the lock remotely through the app, which allows me to create and share e-keys, check the lock status, and view the access logs. There is also an auto lock feature that will lock my door after a set time. I also purchased the gateway to be able to unlock my door remotely. Overall the lock is very secure, and all the different functions that come with it make me very happy I finally upgraded to a smart lock. If you’re looking for a smartlock that is easy to install, easy to use, and comes with a bunch of different functions, than Veise is the way to go. ... show more

Purchased and installed fairly easily. The lock worked for about a week and then stopped working. Can't reset, can't delete and customer service is no help. Took advantage of black Friday pricing and now have to buy another lock that won't be on sale plus installation and set up again. Don't waste your time or your money. ... show more

My daughter was messing around with our keypad lock on the rear door of our house and somehow pulled the keys out of the pad. I tried to put them cack in and didn’t have any luck. When I saw the cost of locks, I had a slight heart attack. I found this lock on Amazon and ordered it. The install was fairly easy but it is important to note that I wasn’t installing this on a new door. It was more or less plug and play. I had to do some minor adjustments to get it into the old hole but it wasn’t anything major. Just some sanding. The lock works as advertised. It seems to be well made and hasn’t (knock on wood) had any issues. We mainly use the Bluetooth feature to lock the door. We have also used the keycards that come with it. Each of my kids has a keycard in their backpack plus the app on their phone. We also added the grandparents to the system for easy access as well. The only wish I have is that it came with a bridge to put the door lock online. I believe you can purchase a bridge if you would like. Overall, I like the lock and I feel that it is better than the one we had and cost a lot less which is always nice. ... show more
