This is by far the best door knob I have ever owned. My last one didn't have much of a battery life, but this one lasted for about 10 months before I had to change the batteries. The fingerprint reader works great, as does the keypad. It was easy to install, I did it all by myself.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for our front door, we did not want the youngest child in our home to have to risk loosing a house key. This item DELIVERED! The entire family loves it, the finger print design it top notch, and works exactly as it should! It comes with key tags as well as an actual key. The key was tested, and never had needed to be used. Held up thru the bitter sub zero temperatures without a failure, as well as the heat of the summer. I have yet to have to replace the batteries, and the app works well with device. It was easy to instal (if you know how) and required no major modifications to the door. If it ever fails, I at least got my money's worth, and I would buy the exact same one all over again. ... show more

I purchased this lock back in January. Installation was easy and fast. I was so pleased with how easy was to install and how easy was to set multiple passcodes and multiple fobs. We are a busy household and having the ability to set multiple fingerprints and multiple users was really nice, Few months later, all of the sudden my lock stopped working. I tried everything that was in the troubleshooting booklet with no luck. I contacted customer service and ask for their help to figure it out what was wrong, A lady named Lynn asked me for a video of what was wrong with my lock, after I sent the video she emailed me back saying that they will replace my lock at no charge and that they will provide a return mailing label to sent the old lock back, It arrived super fast and replacing the old lock was even more fast than before, and since I already had the app, connecting the new one took me 1 minute, in less than 5 minutes I had the new lock working with the passcodes and fobs set too. I would give this lock and company 10 stars if it was possible, I value a company that stands behind their products and respond fast to customer concerns. ... show more

Took about an hour to install, was pretty straightforward. It was easy to setup the fingerprint, card key and code. The app is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I’m really happy with it so far. It’s only been a few days so I can’t say much about longevity. The autolock feature is a little finicky sometimes but it’s fine b/c I can just make sure to lock using the app if needed ... show more

These locks are great. I outfitted all locks on my house. Easy install. I use high quality Eneloop rechargeable batteries and they work just fine even though rechargeable are not recommended. I recharge the batteries every few months. The fingerprint scanner is very handy addition.

The app is great! The fingerprint scanner and passcodes are great. However, the door knob itself is a very cheap design. After less than a month of use, the handle broke and does not retract with the bolt so myself and a room full of people were locked inside of the room. My only option was to send the entire package back as the seller could not just replace the door knob portion of the order. I need to keep the deadbolt portion though as that has everyone's fingerprints and long numbers saved on it already to get into the building. Now I have to go out and find a new handle to match. Super embarrassing as a business and inconvenient as an already very busy person. ... show more

I've had this lock for a little over a year and hasn't been to bad. However, now the motor in the lock isn't working properly. I thought it was just the batteries but of course it couldn't be so simple. I didn't buy the 3 year protection plan because of course you expect it to last longer than that and generally those are a scam. But ya kind of wished I got that protection plan cuz this is a really expensive lock to have to get a new one after a year. So customer service was fantastic. I went through all the trouble shooting and reached out to see if there was something else I could do to fix my lock and they just sent a new one. Couldn't be happier ... show more
