I purchased this lock back in January. Installation was easy and fast. I was so pleased with how easy was to install and how easy was to set multiple passcodes and multiple fobs. We are a busy household and having the ability to set multiple fingerprints and multiple users was really nice, Few months later, all of the sudden my lock stopped working. I tried everything that was in the troubleshooting booklet with no luck. I contacted customer service and ask for their help to figure it out what was wrong, A lady named Lynn asked me for a video of what was wrong with my lock, after I sent the video she emailed me back saying that they will replace my lock at no charge and that they will provide a return mailing label to sent the old lock back, It arrived super fast and replacing the old lock was even more fast than before, and since I already had the app, connecting the new one took me 1 minute, in less than 5 minutes I had the new lock working with the passcodes and fobs set too. I would give this lock and company 10 stars if it was possible, I value a company that stands behind their products and respond fast to customer concerns. ... show more

Best door lock I ever had. You can set your own code. I picked a 4 digit code then press pound and unlocks. But I don’t use that. The card works well too. But the finger print is all I use. You can set any many finger prints as possible. I set 4 prints. I might go ahead and set all my fingers.

Veise RZ07C Smart Lock with Door Knob was certainly a great purchase for me. I got it right with my first purchase of an electric door knob. I was surprised with how easy it was to replace my old door knobs with the Veise Smart Lock Door Knob. This product really impressed me with it easy of set up. I attempted to set the keypad following the installation booklet enclosed in the packaging but I didn't realize that since I'd downloaded the DD Lock App I had unconsciously chose to set up my door knob through my iPhone. Which made the setup a lot easier. I can't stress enough how much easier it was using my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I state my iPhone type because the system requires a certain IOS and Android capabilities to control your door knobs. I contacted Veise customer tech support and the representative walked me through the setup process without any hitches. It didn't take long at all for the representative to add fingerprint, Card, and Code accesses. I found it to be very simple. The Veise Smart Lock Gareway G2 bridge allowed me to control my door knob through my IPhone 14 Pro Max and through voice commands with my Alexa. I also receive a lifetime app/customer technical support with my purchase. I highly recommend the Veise electronic locking door knob for your home, office or business. If you like controlling your locking system from the comforts of your home I recommend you purchase it. ... show more

    • Doesn't Work with DDLock App - Don't Buy It!!!

Installation was fairly simple. However, couldn't get the DDlock App to open or close door. Was over the weekend and Veise was closed. Decided to get the Gateway - thought it might help, but was still unsuccessful in opening/closing door with App. Called Monday morning at 9 am and customer service couldn't be of much help because she didn't have the DDlock App - makes no sense to me. She said that she would talk to her colleagues and see if she could send out a replacement. Didn't hear back from her, so returning the lock. Total waste of time. ... show more
