Just finished installation. Product is good and the features match the description. The installation instructions had some flaws and gaps. Required a tech support call and 25 minutes to get it working. The support tech was good. I will update the review if I encounter problems going forward.

So I decided to upgrade my old keyless entry deadbolt to this guy that included an app and fobs. Installation was very easy but I had drill the hole etc with the other deadbolt so for me it was just removing one and putting on the other. Directions were a little confusing. I couldn’t understand why the master code wasn’t working but they don’t tell you that you’ll need to hit the pound key at the end. I can’t tell you how many times I kept resetting it and it drove me crazy. Also when you connect the app that master code will no longer work. The app will have a code it generated for you already and just upload it and it’ll work. You do have the option to change it after. It doesn’t say how long or short the passcode can be (remembering eight numbers is a lot) but the codes generated for my family were between 6-10. If you’re going to use the app I recommend just starting there right away I was able to connect the fobs very easily. The app has a lot of awesome options. ... show more

Like the weather resistant feature for the exterior. And the levels of security are good. With codes, fobs, and keys. And the cost was less with more features than what was available locally. This must be installed by a professional. I know you may want to do it yourself but I found it better to allow a locksmith to guide me through this and when it’s time to save your codes just ask to do it privately. Aside from that. This is such an easy and awesome keyless or with your keys lock. The fobs are great. I walked out of the house without my keys and I got scared the first time. This works like a charm.
