    • Easy to install
I haven’t used the app yet, but my husband installed this and he said it was simple. We had to install it on the top because it wouldn’t fit properly on the bottom lock spot without leaving a hole in the top spot, but that’s fine. The battery spot is easy to access.

I selected this lock because I like the convience of not looking for my keys. I like that I can lock and unlock my door from my phone. This lock allows me to also use my finger print which I mainly use. This lock does have an auto lock feature. The app is easy to use and pack with many features, like guest codes and timed codes. The lock came with everything I needed for installation, including extra adapters and a drill template. It took me about10 mins to install the lock following the directions. ... show more

I ordered this to use on our side garage door and so far, it's been working just fine. I do want to say that I haven't done much with the app yet because we don't really need that part. It does seem to work ok, and I did find the lock and could use it. Our main purpose was the keys and the fobs, both of which work really well and having the fobs is a cool feature that we really like. The electronic number pad has worked so far pretty well, it seems responsive but given the angle and location, again we find it is easier to use the fob and/or key to open the lock. I will say that at this price point I would have like to have seen a matching door handle included with this deadbolt. With that said, it does work really well and as long as it matches your existing hardware (or you don't care) then I think you will be pleased with this lock. ... show more

At one point I had four different brands of door locks. All smart. Out of the four only one is still working as it should. Veise makes a great lock. The whole experience is good. Easy to read instructions with frustration free install and setup. Installation is quick and easy. Once you download the mobile app it will walk you through setup. You don't have to be tech savvy to utilize all the features. After your primary setup you don't really need to use the app. I like the fingerprint sensor and the auto lock feature the most. There were no installation instructions. There was no link/QR code for installation instructions. I had to hit YouTube to figure out how to install it. I keep having to restart the app and my Bluetooth to try to program the codes and fingerprints.
