This smart door lock is pretty easy to set up both physically and via the app. I was able to set up different PIN codes for different people. You also have the option of physical keys or a tag.     • Decent lock.
This is my third smart lock installed: I have it on my back door, so finally, I don't have to carry the keys around at all. What I like: 1. The lock reads fingerprints accurately since it was installed (~2 months) and did not malfunction 2. The installation was relatively easy. Why relatively? It's because the documentation doesn't say that it can be installed onto left or right side (it can), and I was puzzled at first. 3. Overall appearance is nice 4. Bluetooth connectivity has had no issues. 5. Smart cards is a great benefit, and other cards can be programmed as well. What is doubtful: 1. The motor is connected to the bolt via a plastic piece. Probably it was by design (so that if someone tries to break in, the plastic gets screwed, while the bolt remains in place) 2. The documentation could be better in terms of the door-side installation. What I don't like: 1. It seems like the lock doesn't know its side and every time it goes back and forth, trying to find its way. But! If the bolt and the hole aren't aligned perfectly, it struggles to lock it. I added a bit of insulation along the door perimeter and I have to pull the door while it's locking, which is inconvenient. Other locks may behave similarly, by the way. 2. I have to tap it before the keypad lights up so that I can click the "checkmark" symbol and start locking. 3. No wi-fi module. In general, it's a good lock, but not perfect, and therefore only 4 stars. ... show more

The keypad/dead bolt works great! But the squared piece for door knob was broken. Now I have to either buy another knob or take everything off to send it back! Not good!!!
