The product is Okay -- although two of the 6 magnetic plates used to attach the light to the wall were not magnetized, and so useless. The instructions... well, this company needs to hire someone who speaks English. I don't think I'm using all capacities of light because the instructions are inscrutable.

Tips on using this LED light bar: • With battery power this is a good choice for short time uses such as closets and motion activated night lighting by stairs. If you are using it as a frequent or extended time light source, it is very likely that it will need to stay plugged in. • There are two installation options. To me the preferred choice is the magnetic option. The light bar itself has magnets and attaches to any metal surface. If you need to place it on a non-metal surface, peel the blue protective plastic off 2 of the included metal pieces. The adhesive seems strong. The magnets in the light bar are about 1” to 1.5” in from the ends and marked with a magnet symbol on my units. • If the adhesive option won’t work (surface won’t hold adhesive piece) the other option is to use the mounting screws supplied in this kit. Note that the screws supplied are small and you may need to use longer screws. What was good: • This package set includes 2 lights and also 2 of other parts, such as 2 charging cords. • There is a button to toggle among 3 lighting colors, which I would call bright white, cooler white and soft yellow-white. I prefer less harsh light, but some uses may need bright white. • The light activation mode can be set beyond simple on-off. There is a motion sensor and users can select it to be triggered in dark/dusk conditions only, or trigger regardless of light or dark conditions. I put one under a shelf over a desktop and it tends to activate when someone is close to the desk, but not if they are, say, 4 feet away. Another in a bedroom will activate when someone is about 8-9 feet away. • The instructions are better than most other versions I have seen on smaller products made in China. The English is more correct, although still a bit off kilter. The explanations are more clear and descriptive. • So far this has held up well and is working as described. If the unit starts having problems after more use, then I will plan to update this review. So, what’s so-so or not good: • The battery life is fairly short. The seller states 80 LEDs are used in this, which is more than most of these under cabinet light units that I’ve seen. So, seems like more light but shorter duration. Perhaps it would last longer if dimmed down, but the default brightness is already relatively low. • The supplied charging cords are really short. I use a longer cord. Any USB-C charging cord should work. • Installation instructions on a plastic peel off sheet on the light itself are better than the instructions on the paper booklet in the box. Either take a photo of the plastic before removing or be careful to keep the plastic piece. Overall: This item has a thoughtful design and features, and is very good for certain uses, as outlined in the review above. I like it overall but wish it had longer battery life and better light output. I got this motion light to place under some cabinets in our hallway. Right out of the box one of the lights was not working because the switch to turn it on was not working. It took a few tries but I was able to get it to turn on but I don't know if I can turn it off anymore. This is a pretty critical problem if it doesn't turn on so for that so I took off one star. You can change the light intensity by pressing and holding on the side button and the light will gradually get brighter. If it is on the brightest setting and you hold this button down then it will gradually get dimmer, but unless you are going to use the brightest or dimmest settings you have to time how long you hold on the button and let go. That makes it harder to match the brightness between units. I thought you should know it can be annoying if it matters to you that they match brightness. You can also use that button to select which type of light color you want. There is a yellowish setting, blueish setting, and white light setting. I honestly got this version because I wanted the warmer, yellow light to match our lightbulbs. This attaches with magnets that have a sticky side. One of them has fallen down a couple of times so far but it also comes with small screws so you can attach it permanently. So far this has been working for what we wanted it to do. It's bright enough and the motion sensor function works well. Hopefully yours doesn't have that light switch problem. This is good enough to get the job done and for the price may be worth it for you.

I use these above a bar sink and they will turn on at a fairly good distance away. Seem to be quite sensitive. All functions appear to work well. The adhesive mounts are very sticky and I can't imagine they will ever fall off. Installation is simple. Recommended

These lights are super helpful in my cabinets. I installed one under my kitchen sink which has a lot of things stored under it. It seems whenever I am trying to find something in the back or anything not typically used, I have to find a flashlight to use to see under the sink. Now with these lights, I just open the cabinet door and I can see everything under my sink with no problems at all! I love that they can easily be removed to be recharged since the mounts for the wall are magnetic. I did not screw the magnets in but screws are included. They backs off the magnet mount are sticky so they stuck to the sides of the cabinet. These lights save me a bunch of headache every time I try to find anything in my dark cabinets. They are easy to install and have a lot of great ways they can be used.

My first thought when I received these Veicrod motion sensor stick lights was that they sure look identical to another brand (Miadore) stick lights which I had previously received a few weeks prior. Upon putting the two brands side by side, they are 100% the same product (See Pic). Only difference would be the printing on one of the battery cells and the price between the 2 brands as of 9/13/23. These are well made stick lights that can be used almost anywhere you need extra light. I utilizing the stick light in (night mode) and the lowest brightness setting, an they operated for a month. As with most any battery powered light, these stick lights are great to have if an when the power grid goes down, just slide the switch to the ON mode and they'll stay lit till the battery dies. Overall, if your considering a motion sensor under cabinet stick light I'm sure you'll be happy with thses.
