Utility of the table: 5/5 First, I know this is supposed to work as a dining table. But I saw the opportunity to turn this into my kid’s Lego table. The length of the table is PERFECT to have the Lego sets be built. The shelves on the side were great sizes to put the completed Lego sets there, but my kid decided to use it for books and toys! The chairs are pretty high, but my kid is 8, it’s an easy climb up. If you’re a family of 2 or just need a cute dining table to be put in a nook, it’ll be cute. It’s also super cute to set up as a sunset date in your backyard. It’s easily portable around the house, so you and your partner can easily have a date anywhere in or out your home! I’d also think it’d be a cute dining table in a small apartment with a rustic theme! It’s kind of a cute table to have tapas on. Assembling the table: 4.5/5 Overall, the assembly time took me about 3 hours total to unpack and build. The table was about 2ish hours and the chairs were about 15 mins each to make. Assembling the table was pretty easy but I was not prepared with tools. You will need a screwdriver to build the table. Otherwise, it comes with everything else you need. The chairs were super easy. I made the first chair based off of their instructions, but I found it much easier to work backwards when building the chair. For the second chair, I built the last few pieces first, then attached it to the back of the chair piece, and then attached the seat as the last step. I found this to be a much easier process. Cons: I will say the only thing I am not a fan of is that there is no screw to hold the shelves down in place. If something heavy is placed on the front of the shelf, the shelf will bend and fall off of the table. Also it’s kind of small width wise for there to be two big plates in front of each person. I needed an upgrade from my ugly foldable plastic table that sat too low to the ground and this was perfect to take its place. It is black with a wood top that gives it a very modern feel and it stands tall so I can conveniently sit down to eat or have a drink. It feels very solid and was easy to put together with pretty clear Ikea-like directions. I love the cubbies in the front for storage and I've already filled it up with stuff I use. I ordered this because I needed something small for my home The table is shorty construction it breaks very easily has chips and dents all over it The chairs all dinged up Nick's all over the metal so you see the aluminum underneath One of the cushions came torn Amazon is replacing it but it they are replacing it with the whole new unit at this point I need these chairs so I'm keeping the dinged up chairs going to see which ones have the least amount of dings on them horrible quality do not recommend ... show more

I set this up all by myself. Took me a little less than 2 hours considering I’m an amateur. But comes with very simple instructions to follow. You don’t need a drill but I had one handy so used it for ease. I love how this turned out. It is small but perfect for my apartment because I do not have a dining area and have a very tiny kitchen. Can’t get them to screw in properly all I get is spinning. Then when I thought I got one in it fell back out. This goes for both chairs. Very disappointed considering I need chairs for the table to us for meals. Other than that the table it’s self was easy just tedious and came out great.
