Delivered on time (although it shows "on the way" in my orders...weird). Took about 45min to assemble (need to make it easier), but worth it after assembling. Provides good support and is comfortable to sit for extended durations. I also use it as an office chair.

Constant Squeaking...Hard, uncomfortable seat...too narrow. Don't eat at your desk. It collects crumbs in the front of the seat. And they don't vacuum out of the fabric. Horrible purchase. I'm kicking myself. I'm buying the one I should purchased. Don't buy this one.

I am very disappointed with ups delivery. They put my product downstairs and box is also damaged but luckily chair was not damaged. Amazon delivery is far better than ups. About the chair, It's been approximately one week since I've been using it. It is quite comfy, looks nice in meetings, and the chair itself has a very modern appearance. I can now work for longer periods of time without hurting my back. One thing I like about it is that it has a nice head and back rest, and the color combination is appealing. I already had a chair .. but in quarantine prolong sitting I started getting back pain.. That too severe.. chiropractor said it was wrong posture.. So started trying different things.. finally tried this chair... well pain is not gone but surely has reduced.. It is comfortable indeed
