These chairs are great! Modern-chic to say the least. I purchased these chairs last minute as I needed a few more for hosting a party. Let me start off by saying the simplistic style and ease of putting this together was by far one of the easiest pieces of furniture I've put together. The comfort of the chair along with the 360° swivel and footstool make it way more enjoyable to sit on while dining especially considering it just replaced a hard metal bar stool. What I especially love is the multiple height settings so these are especially great if needing to move them to the dining table rather than the island bar seating. It states the max load on the stools are 300 lbs. My husband at 250lbs is able to use them but they do sink a bit for him. All in all... Home Run, Slam Dunk, 100%!!!! Sharp looking stools, but lack of back makes it less comfortable for sitting on it for a long time. They were exactly what my small apartment needed, just something to sit on while having dinner. Best feature is that they don't take up much floor space. And the price was right :-)
