    • Cute but order of assembly is incorrect.
Ok. It’s really cute. The assembly instructions are not in a logical order however. My recommendation, do step 5 first (backrest assembly of chair). Then set the backrest to the side. There is nothing about this step that touches any other step. Then do Step 4 (chair seat plate assembly). Wood plate is predrilled and the wood seat plate doesn’t bend. It’s easier to attach the legs without the metal backside. Then do Step 3 - attach the backrest assembly to the chair plate assembly. The fit will be tight and snug. But nothing that can’t be easily handled. And no need for the backrest top to get scratched up as you try to get the entire chair upside down as you screw it into place which is awkward. Yes it’s doable. I’m disabled and put this chair and table set together alone. As for the table ignore their steps. Attach the wine rack/shelf to the legs loosely and then the table top to the legs securely. Flip it over and add the lower cross sections then tighten the shelf and lower sections. I recommend doing the chairs first so you have a place to sit and rest IF like me, you require rest along the way. Happy assembly! ... show more

The 3 stars is because it works and serves it's purpose.. however, I purchased this as a breakfast nook. As you can see from the photos, the set is VERY small. Photo 1 is my dinning room chair next to it to give you an example of how short it is. Photo 2 is my 18yr old daughter standing next to it for table height purposes and Photo 3 is to show you my biggest issue.. it's NOT gold but the marble is correct. My entire house is gold and marble themed, but my kitchen table set IS NOT! It's like a rustic/ off gold tent unlike everything else that's actually gold. ... show more

This set comes with a lot of SILVER screws to go on the gold chairs and table…looks ridiculous but I took a gold metallic marker and colored the screws on the chairs…so it looks decent. I put the chairs together before the table. Oh boy…if I had tried to put the table together first I would have sent this item back. The holes do not line up for the table top no matter what you do…you can only line up 2 screws…well after pure exhaustion I used double sided tap to secure the top of the table! It looks like everything is fine but it’s not! Well you get what you pay for!!!!! ... show more
