The stools are pretty and easy to put together. I am a teacher and need a sturdy stool in my classroom. I had a problem with one of the stools not raising and lowering after I put it together. I couldn't figure out the problem or fix it. The seller tried to help me fix it and we were unsuccessful. They kindly refunded the cost without any issues.
