It works with TMobile. The manual shows all the TMobile LTE bands are supported. The wifi has limitation. Only either 2.4G or 5G wifi can be enabled at a time, not both. The battery seems to last for a good amount of time.

    • SIM cards don’t fit. 800 number disconnected.
The Alexa told me that this product would give me Wi-Fi capability at all times in my RV. It also recommended buying a SIM card to go in it. The SIM card is not compatible with this device even though the Alexa insisted it would .initially the Alexa said it would work all by itself and then suggested a SIM card and none of the SIM cards fit it when you call the one 800 number on the item it is a discontinued . In short, for the cheapest lte hotspot here, it exceeds expectations, just have a power source available for when the battery dies. Works well gets about 4.5 mbps down on t-mobile/Fi network perfectly usable can stream video no issue but far from speeds you’d get on a phone. The default APN settings works with the service I have, but if you require specific a APN configuration you will need to do it each time you boot. The manual is very well written for something on the cheapest end of the spectrum and has everything you need to know. Biggest complaint is the proprietary non-orderable battery, it came totally depleted and feels like it has been sitting depleted for a while since it only lasts about an hour or so, but these being open box, your mileage may vary. ... show more

Little guy has spunk. I run a speed test and get about 14 mbs on average using 4g LTE. It offers 4g or 5g wireless connection, but not both at the same time. It's only 4g LTE so your not gonna win a race, but keeps you from being tied to one provider. The sim card I have is T-Mobile / AT&T and my cell service is Verizon, so I can play the field. Got the sim data card on Amazon, so do some research and find what works for you. Look for B2, B4 (US only) when chosing a data sim card and this thing will work. If the card supports B1, B3 that is not for US cell service from what I have read. It cost me $20 for a month of 15gb and I can stream music, video, and downloads with no problem. There are locations in my area that have dead spots for Verizon, so it comes in handy. I keep this tucked away inside a car to serve as a backup for tracking, and to provide local wifi to other wifi based convenience/security items. The only downside is that you'll need to keep redoing the APN if the battery dies, but the internal battery has lasted me upwards of 1.5 days WITHOUT sleep mode. I was pleasantly surprised. I keep this hooked up to a [Solar panel] -> [Power bank] for basically infinite power in the car, and it has held up well for my needs ... show more
