This office chair is much more comfortable than I expected it to be. It's well made, and actually goes higher than my old chair which makes it perfect. The back is supportive especially with the lumbar support. At first I didn't put the headrest on, but I wanted to try it out and I love it! The headrest is adjustable up and down and it also tilts so it can hit you just right. I love the tilting of the chair, I tend to rock in it when I'm thinking. The chair fits my butt perfectly. The arms can be lifted up out of the way, and I tend to use it more with them up as I move around a lot. Well worth the price I paid, it is comfortable & breathable.     • Great Stopgap, not a long term solution.
This chair has been a workhorse for a little while now, but it has started to reach its limits in terms of durability. Namely, the foam on the arm pads has dried out and become crumbly, but even more concerning as to the performance of the chair, the bolts that hold both the arms and the wheelbase plate are becoming deformed and loose. They’re a clear area where the manufacturer did not pay attention to quality control, and so they easily strip, warp, and the threads no longer tightly hold the plate to the seat. Still, I’ve worked in it a lot, and the size is wonderful, as I can sit in it cross-legged or even a little sideways and be comfortable. The pieces are all there. ... show more
