This E bike is exactly what we expected and more!! I got for my 13 year old daughter. First E bike any of us have ever gotten on. The only negative thing I notice is it squeaks a little, nothing to deter us from owning it. The speed is on point goes up to 25 on asphalt, up to 18 on bumpy grassy ground. Main use is full throttle only. Went up a very tall hill quickly maby 15 mph considering my 13 year old is 150 lb it carries her great. Battery life is everything it says it is. The shock absorbers are somthing we've not had before so that is incredible!! Makes grass a smooth ride. The height of it is pretty high my 13 year old is 5'3" and she has to tippy toe, so plenty of room to grow😀. The build quality is just perfect for her. I'm thankful to find such a nice ride for my kid at such a affordable price. ... show more

    • Great Bike with Excellent Customer Service
Ordered two of these, one for each of our granddaughters (10 and 11 years old). One arrived in a few days, the second one got lost during transit. Varun sent a replacement one less than 24-hours of us notifying them. The first one that arrived had a bent rear wheel and also a broken weld on the rim. I contacted Varun with videos and pictures and they immediately apologized and sent a rear wheel assembly replacement. Customer service has been nothing but a positive, exceptional experience. The bikes themselves have been great so far, after having them about 2-weeks now. Build quality seems to be good, and it’s a solid bike. It may be a bit too little for larger adults, but so far I can’t say anything negative about them. If I had the need for one, I wouldn’t hesitate to order the same thing. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s a really good bike. Reliable and price-quality wise great. Even though it doesn’t come with physical instructions, the company’s YouTube videos on how to set it up are helpful. Only problem I had to fix was the tire coming out a bit out of the rubber (the tire was already like that when I took it out of the shipped box). Besides that, a solid vehicle that works in almost any terrain, comfortable seat, waterproof and with a powerful battery. The lock and accessories that it comes with are useful too. I give it three stars it’s easy to assemble battery comes half charged but bike says goes up to 30 miles an hour, but Max is out at 23 unless I’m going downhill bike says that it supports up to 300. I’m 215 and the shocks are terrible.
