Wow. Covered my 25x19 koi pond with this tarp. I had inner tubes underneath it to hold it off the water and hay bails to hold it down on the edges. After a cold windy winter, there is not even a single hole in it. Very tough and im beyond impressed.

This film tears when you look at it funny! I guess I should have known by the price point vs other greenhouse films. Could be the thickness, but to me it seems more of a durability issue- just easier to poke holes and rips in accidentally than other films of the same or similar mil thickness. Other than that it’s doing its job, covering my greenhouse. Couple pieces of repair tape patched the holes easily enough and seem to be holding. Learning from my mistakes I was a lot more careful with a second layer of the same film, and managed not to poke any unwanted holes in it. It’s holding the air pressure in between two layers with a blower fan, and has been snowed on, so once you get it up it’s not much of an issue( although still be careful not to gently poke it with a dull plastic garden stake from below), but I’d weigh your options and recommend investing in sturdier and more expensive film if you can afford it. I was on a tight budget, so it is nice to have a cheap option, and I’m not surprised to have gotten what I paid for.
