I purchased 2 of these back in 2022. One for dog food and one for rice. They are both still holding up fantastically. It is sad that because they raised their price, Amazon has restricted purchasing. These containers will hold a 28lb bag of kibble (taste of wild) and 50lbs of rice. Love the fact that they are airtight, easy to open, and are built sturdily. I love the ease of this! I ordered this on a flash sale, I am so glad I did!! The lid on mine snaps closed easily, not sure why others were having issues with their's! 🤔 I love the wheels on the bottom, only time I dislike them is when you get down to the bottom of the container it's hard to get food out, or when filling it up, make sure you have it secure against a wall, or someone holding it so it doesn't move, I learned the hard way! Lol... but I love that it's easy to move with the food in it becauseof tge wheels! It held 30lbs of dog food, but it went to the very top of the brim, and the lid didn't shut air right from being too full, so I held some back and put the bag in a small airtight tote, plus I like to make room for my scoop so I dont ever fill to the top. I am sure that kibble size with the different dog food brands would determine how 30lbs fit, we used pedigree and the kibble are a bit bigger than some other brands. ... show more

    • Perfect Storage For My Animals Food
One of the first things that stood out to me is the size of these containers I was able to fit both 14lb cat and dog food bags I had in each container. The wheels were also a great addition to it and makes moving it around simple by either pulling or pushing it. The lock it has to makes sure it's closed and sealed was another thing I really liked about this container it keeps the food fresh and safe. Also, the price wasn't too bad either I was able to get two of these containers for under $30 and that includes the wheels and lock to make sure its secure. Overall, this is perfect for anybody who needs store their cat or dog food it was both cheap and easy to use although its not in stock right now i would definitely recommend buying multiple of them when they are. ... show more

    • Quick, lid clamps well
I like that you can see through this bin to assess how much food is in there, open the lid and everything is accessible. When you get to the bottom the wheels that protrude inside the container get in the way of scooping. The lid stays securely clamped shut and can be opened with one hand, it rolls just enough to be convenient but not too much. It would be nice if it rolled different directions not just back and forth. Big enough to hold plenty of food, seems to keep it fresh and convenient enough I do not have to hassle with opening bags daily. Yes I would purchase again. ... show more

This container is terrific for storing open dog food bags or loose kibble. Before we got the container, having an open bag of kibble was more challenging because it was tempting for our dog to "self-serve" if it was accessible, even clipped shut. Putting it in the garage wasn't an option either because we live where wildlife sometimes sets up housekeeping close by. This container is so convenient because the wheels make it easy to roll under a kitchen counter, out of the way. The airtight snap lid keeps the food fresh and safe. As smart as our dog is, she can't get it open. The size is nice too, as the large bags we purchase are usually about 22-lbs. The opaqueness makes it easy to see the level of food. Sometimes if we get a good deal on another high quality kibble, we'll mix the previous food with the new one for an easier transition for our dog. I bought a similar pet food container a few years ago from the local store with the bulls eye logo. That container has bitten the dust in a bad way and has a huge hole in it so it came time to replace it. I went to said store over the weekend and intended to buy another one. However, I was shocked to find out how much it was; it was much more than I wanted to pay. So of course I turned my search to Amazon and scanned the barcode of the pet food container in front of me in the store. I have never done this so was not sure if it would work because the container in the store is a private label from that store, but much to my surprise it did work and my search led me here. Not only was it the same size but it was significantly cheaper than in the store. I like the fact that it has wheels so it is easy to push around to wherever I need it to go. The opening is nice and large and has a front locking mechanism so it doesn't accidentally fly open. And, most importantly, it is made right here in the USA! Very happy with this item. Sorry brick and mortar but Amazon won again. Hope this review is helpful to your pet food container decision making. ... show more
