I am very happy with this sofa. It is a bit firm but it’s brand new. I’ve been trying to break it in evenly so that the leather wears uniformly. It’s incredibly sturdy. The seams and construction feel like it will endure a lifetime. The leather feels good and the color is nice. Shipping and delivery were also very good. I am so happy with this sectional! It’s exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I was a little skeptical ordering a sectional online (without sitting on it etc) but am very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the furniture. Delivery was super quick ( only took around a week). Very easy to assemble- basically just needed to put the legs in. Looks just like the images on Amazon. After going to every furniture store in my area and discovering that every single one would only ship to my house and not let me purchase and haul off a sofa, I reluctantly bought this sectional from Amazon. First and foremost, don't believe the shipping estimates Amazon provides. I was contacted by the seller shortly after purchasing and informed that delivery had to be scheduled once the sofa had arrived in my region. Since I live in a remote area, it would be weeks before I received my purchase. The seller is very communicative, and at no point did I feel lost in the process. I contacted them to explain that my work schedule had shifted and that I would not be home during the week of the projected delivery. Instead, I drove to the shipping warehouse two hours away and retrieved the sofa before heading out for a month of work. Assembling the sofa was a breeze. Despite my initial skepticism about buying an expensive sofa without seeing it in person, I was pleasantly surprised. After a few evenings of use, I found the sofa very comfortable. At 6' tall, I could comfortably lie on it, and I expect it to get even more comfortable with more butt-time use. I could lift the huge, bulky, and heavy box inside with a dolly by myself, but there were only three small steps leading up to my house to get it over. Maneuvering it once inside was a chore but doable. Assembly consisted of taking the legs out of a zippered pouch on the underside of both wings of the sofa and bolting them on before sliding the left wing into alignment receptacles pre-mounted on the main sofa. Overall, I'd purchase this sofa again. It matches the loveseat and 40" chair I previously bought from the same seller. ... show more

After 1 month waiting, I finally received the two couches I ordered, an L-shaped, and a 3 seater with chaise. It was hard to find a large enough one piece in full grain leather. Before this purchase, I ordered a large leather sectional from Wayf**. It costed me $4500, but they turned out to be not fully covered with genuine leather. ONLY the seating and backing area are used genuine leather. When I ask the seller to confirm if they sent me the wrong item, the seller was still lying about the materials, they claimed it to be fully covered with genuine leather. Full of Crap. I had to have it returned!! Then I landed on this one on Amazon. Although not in one piece, not a sectional, $5500 for two couches, a little bit more expensive, however, If it were truly like what the seller described “fully covered with genuine leather, front and back, high quality Napa leather, Italian craftsmanship, genuine solid wood frame”, I guess it’s going to worth every single penny. I ordered two couches from this seller to make them into a sectional to fit my big living room. Service team was responsive, answered all my questions with patience. Amazon even trying to check see if I want to get refund since it’s taking too long ( a month). I said no, I still want them. I am excited about this. And, It turned out great!! Amazing!!! The leather stain is even more gorgeous in person! Our entire family is loving them!! They came in well-packed boxes, and WRAPPED styrofoams. Wrapped styrofoam!! I love how thoughtful the seller is and took this detail into consideration! Leather products, it has to be Italian! I love the touch of the Napa 11000 leather, super soft and buttery yet sturdy, love that it’s fully covered with genuine leather just as described, no shocking surprises, love the neat & firm stitching, love that the real solid wood frame is stained to reddish orange color, not some compressed wood frame. Love the design, the firmness of the seating cushion that really holds to shape, love the comfortableness when lying on it…..Uhhhhh, OMG, these are a real piece of art!! I highly recommend those who love leather craftsmanship and genuine leather furniture with great taste to support their business. Buy furniture from this seller! Their craftsmanship should be preserved and deserve to be passed on from generations to generations. Don’t let it die out. I definitely will support their business, not those business who tries to fool their customers. I do wish they could offer custom design service in the future though.
