    • Otterbox symmetry cactus competitor - Excellent case with easy fix for mushy buttons
This case is exactly what I was looking for. Due to the new iphone 16 models having the camera control button, cases must either have a conductive passthrough button or a cutout for it to work. I tried the apple first party cases that feature the conductive button but found the camera control passthrough buttons to be wobbly. That was a deal breaker to me. I am a stickler for these little things. Looking at cases with cutouts, most with TPU sides are very very flimsy around the camera control button. This also is a deal breaker. Enter this case - it is a hard PC case with a leather exterior. It is similar in design to the otterbox symmetry cactus leather case, but this one fits tighter than the otterbox. In my view, this is an advantage for this case. I was worried that the bottom right corner of the case would come off easily, like how it does on the otterbox, but I was happy to see that the bottom right corner is on very tight. The one downside that seems to be a trend with the other reviewers is that the buttons on this case (power, volume, action button) are mushy feeling. This is true; the buttons are floating and the case maker left a little too much space between the outside button and the phone. This can be easily fixed by adding a small piece of doubled up electrical tape on the underside of the button, After this modification, the buttons feel just as good as other cases with "clicky buttons". For half the price of the otterbox symmetry cactus, you can't go wrong with this case. ... show more

    • Thin and Lightweight Case with a Real leather
Size: for iPhone 16 Pro Max Color: Crazy Horse - Dark Brown
Review Image by Customer Y
I genuinely love this case. This is the first crazy horse case I ever owner. It is lightweight and feels great in the hand. The leather makes this case really stick out. The case fits snug round the phone. If you ever owned a apple brand phone case (silicone or leather), then you will be familiar with the build quality of this case. It is pretty much the exact same. I was looking for a thin light weight leather case and this was everything I was looking for. The case weighs 37.91 grams which is similar to the Apple Branded leather case coming in around 34 grams. DOES THE LIP OF THE CASE AROUND THE SCREEN GO PAST THE SCREEN WITH A SCREEN PROCTECTOR? -I do have a screen protector on the phone and the lip that goes over the screen does go over the screen protector preventing it from touching the table if your phone is face down. IS IT REAL CRAZY HORSE LEATHER? -Yes, it is real crazy horse leather. ARE THE BUTTONS REACTIVE WHEN TOUCHED? -Yes, the buttons work great. WILL IT PROTECT MY PHONE? -depends. Since it has a similar build quality as the Apple Branded cases, which I had for 3 years, protected my iPhone 13 Pro max from damage a scratches that were caused by phone drops possibly 3 to 4 feet. I never dropped my phone from higher heights since my phone is usually in my pocker or hand. But we all make mistakes and may occasionally put it in our laps and drop it when we step out of the car. As for those who prefere strong shock absorption, this is not the case for you. You will have to sacrifice weight, thinness and sleekness for a thicker, heavier and stronger case. I chose the latter. ... show more

This SHIELDON case for the iPhone 16 Pro is easily a 5-star product. The leather quality is exceptional—it feels premium right out of the box and is clearly built to last. It snapped onto the phone with ease. It provides unbeatable phone protection with robust material and raised edges, making me confident my new iPhone is safe from drops. The grip is fantastic—secure in hand but still pocket-friendly. Crucially, the magnet strength is phenomenal, locking instantly onto my MagSafe charger and mounts. After weeks of use, its durability is clear, looking brand new. If you want a case that excels at protection, style, and function, this is the one to get! ... show more

    • Looks great, but starts to peel fast

Review Image by Restrepo
Seemed to be a good product, it looks great, but with time it starts to peel; it started peeling after 2 months, even without constant use. It’s supposed to be leather, but I’m not sure about that. The camera button works perfectly, and it feels good in the hand, but the actual quality makes me doubt its authenticity.” ... show more

    • Feels more like plastic than leather
Size: for iPhone 16 Color: Midnight Green
Good case but feels more like plastic than leather. Buttons have nice response and fit is good but finish is not what I was looking for, especially for a $30 case..

    • Unique feel and character.
Size: for iPhone 16 Pro Color: Crazy Horse - Khaki
Great quality and made out of leather. It feels like neubuck leather (fine, smooth, dense suade), somewhat self healing and probably absorbs body and other oils which will dive it a natural petina. I love its earthy character.

Size: for iPhone 16 Pro Max Color: Black
Review Image by Mad Cooper
The SHIELDON case for iPhone 16 Pro Max truly impressed me with its premium quality. The genuine leather feels soft to the touch and gives the phone an elegant and sophisticated look. The fit is perfect, protecting both the edges and the back, while the metal buttons are precise and responsive. The best part is that it’s fully compatible with MagSafe, and wireless charging works flawlessly. It’s also anti-slip and shockproof, which adds great confidence for everyday use. Overall, a case that combines style, protection, and functionality at the highest level. ... show more
