1) Picture 1 shows the steamer as you received it. 2) Picture 2 shows the steamer, the cup for filling, cleaner brush, and instructions. 3) Picture 3 shows the face of the iron close-up. 4) I have been going to get one of these for a long time and this one does the job nicely. First, the handle is comfortable to hold for longer periods of time. Filling it with the cup is much easier than I thought it would be. All you have to do is use the cup and poor it and fill it with water. It's easy to set it to which level you need for the fabric type. This assures that the suction will be delicate on fabric that is more delicate and fabric that needs more steam. It also sprays enough to get the wrinkles out, but keeps from drips getting on the fabric. I used it on several items without any discomfort to my hand, and without having to refill it. Overall, This is a great little machine that I can take anyplace to keep my clothes looking good.

Blue work shirt stayed hanging near the coat rack longer than it should have, so I ran the steamer across the front before heading out. Fabric pulled inward once the suction started and stopped bunching around the buttons after a couple short passes, which made it easier to smooth things out without dragging out the ironing board. Steam heats fast enough that I usually leave it plugged in while changing shoes instead of waiting around. I switched the steam lower near the sleeves since thinner material reacts quicker than the heavier cotton shirts I wear during the week.
