This jacket is amazing. It is absolutely perfect. I’m 5’3”, 128 pds. I got the small size. Fits perfectly. And all the options- removing pads, removing inlays, opening the vents. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Being a very curvy, plus size woman, it can be very hard to find appropriate fitting gear that is still feminine and gives shape. I liked a lot of features about this jacket and toiled over sizing for a hot minute. The product listing doesn't give much by way of dimensions except just chest, so I almost didn’t buy it for that reason. Being curvy and plus size, I took a gamble on sizing. I ordered the 3x since chest dimensions would fit in theory. I just got it today, and while it does fit, it's shorter in the torso than I would have liked, and it's tight around my wide hips. I just ordered the next size up to see if it fits a bit better or if I'll be swimming in it. As I mentioned, the 3x is very tight around my hips and makes it hard to zip. I CAN zip it all the way after I clear my hips to get it started. It fits nicely everywhere else, and has snap buttons in some places to make the adjustment a bit tighter if needed. I also really love the waist adjustment on the sides to give more taper to my shape instead of a boxy jacket. It is only a little narrow on the arms as I go to take it off, but I don't see much of an issue there. Quality wise, it seems great. I love the vents, the color and it seems well constructed and robust. I love that you can remove some of the layers inside for warmer days. For reference for other curvy gals, I am 5' 4", 255 lbs and I have closer to a pear shape than an hourglass (but am somewhere in between those body shapes). Gave 4 stars for now because while it's good quality, the dimensions on the listing are lacking and the jacket is a lot shorter than I like. We will see of the 4x is any better and if so, I am happy to change my review. ... show more
