What should i do if the jump starter is not working？ Please checking the user manual first, or find us through the user manual, our engineers team will solve your problems as soon as possible. The air compressor preset only goes up to 50 PSI? • Switch to Custom Mode to raise the preset value—up to 160 PSI. • To prevent over-inflation, Car Mode limits the maximum preset to 50 PSI. • If using inflator for extended periods, it's recommended to stop in every 10 mins to cool down it. Why do the smart clamps get hot during a jump start? • It's normal to get hot when starting larger engines or after extended cranking. Limit each attempt to 5 seconds. If two attempts fail, wait 2 minutes before trying again. • The smart clamps and the unit feature built-in overheat protection. How should I maintain my product? • Full Initial Charge: Please fully charge it before first use, as it may have run out of power during shipping and storage. • If it is not used for an extended period, please charge it every 3 months to maintain battery activity. Why is the button on the detachable magnetic light always red? • It automatically charges when reattached after use, and the red light will turn off once charging is complete. • Push the button on top of the light panel upward to easily detach it.
