Works like a charm! I have this docking station in my home office and my wife & I use it on alternate days with separate (work) laptops without any issues - just plug & play (USB-C) into the docking port of the laptop. Hooked up two monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam and charger connected to the docking station. Just one issue I noticed - can’t turn on my laptop without opening the lid!

This hub is exactly what I need and has every port I need. I'd love to give it 5 stars but sadly a year later and the Ethernet port has failed. Everything else works but one of the reasons I bought this device was because it has an ethernet port. Now it basically doesn't have an ethernet port because it doesn't work anymore.

I tried other docking stations prior to the one. The issue I had with the other stations was that the stations took a long time for the station to charge the laptop while using it. I have NO problems with the charging time on this docking station. The best feature of the docking station is the compact casing which takes little desk space on my desk. The station comes with more than enough ports for me to connect all my peripheral devices. Another nice feature is the station allows me access to dual 4K external monitors. One personal issue I had is the station does not come with a power adapter. However this would not stop me from buying the station.

I purchased this product in July 2021. It worked well for about a month. At that point, the HDMI ports started to flicker and then failed entirely. I was out of the return window, so contacted the seller directly. Customer support was responsive and friendly and they sent me a replacement. I have now had the replacement for about a month...and the same problem is now happening again. HDMI ports fail. I have to disconnect everything, reboot the laptop and then reconnect everything in order to get them to connect to my monitors again. I'm having to do this a couple of times a day now. I would not recommend this product. UPDATE This device was problematic, however the customer service has been good. They reached out after the initial review and we went through several steps to make it right. When we still couldn't get it working correctly, they refunded my purchase, even though I was well-past the purchase period. So, while this product wasn't the best for me, I appreciate the customer service and would trust them to buy from them again for a different product.

If you are looking for a docking station for the supported machines. This is for you. If you do not have a supported machine. Stay clear. I've tried multiple docking stations from different vendors and they didn't work. So it's not really their fault. It clearly stated which machines were supported and I thought a docking station is just that. A docking station. I was wrong. So don't take this review as a bad one. Because i was unable to review the product in action. Just a heads up to anyone that might be looking for a docking station for a machine that isn't supported.

Initially this docking station worked great. Then 11 months after I got it for some reason the hdmi ports stopped working. I could not get either of my monitors to connect. It was a such a disappointment. I left a review and their Customer Service contacted me right away! I didn't even know that it had a 2 year warranty. I was leery of buying this product again, but with customer service like this standing behind the product I am going to purchase another one.
